Urban Oasis es una casa unifamiliar de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada en 314 64th Street, Holmes Beach, Florida. A una cuadra y media de la tranquila y solicitada punto de acceso a la playa en la calle 65. 4 minutos a pie en una tranquila calle residencial para caminar a la playa. Esta casa de 2100 pies cuadrados cuenta con tonos azul grisáceo, muebles costeros, detalles en madera de deriva, habitaciones temáticas y detalles en diseño.
Esta casa ha sido completamente renovada de arriba abajo y se agregó un nuevo baño principal en julio de 2018. Esta casa está completamente equipada con un montón de ropa de cama adicional, dos cunas, toallas de playa, dos carritos de playa, un aro de baloncesto y un montón de juguetes de playa. Tiene una de las piscinas residenciales climatizadas más grandes (durante el invierno) en la isla (compartida con una familia) que cuenta con un amplio comedor privado con mesa de teca y mucho espacio para tu grupo de 10 personas. También hemos agregado un carrito de golf para 6 personas que estará disponible para los huéspedes a partir de septiembre de 2018 por un cargo opcional de $ 300 / Wk.
Tome un café en el porche del comedor y vea la salida del sol sobre el canal. Por la noche, puede pasear hasta la playa para ver la hermosa puesta de sol o contemplarla desde el porche privado de Palm Rooms. El restaurante Ugly Grouper y Beach Bistro está a poca distancia de la casa y muchos otros restaurantes y bares están cerca. We had a wonderful family vacation! We loved having the pool and size was great for our family of 10. The golf cart was wonderful, and you could access anything you need, if we all went we just made 2 trips. We really enjoyed eating at The Ugly Grouper! Hope to visit again when piers are rebuilt.

Great house close to beach with huge pool

We had a great time on A.M.I. staying here. The golf cart was such a perk to get coffee in the morning and to get all of our beach gear down to the beach. On the days we didn’t feel like the beach, we hung out in the huge pool with all the floats provided. Grilled out one night and had plenty of room at the giant outdoor table/chairs to enjoy as a family. Matt,the owner, was extremely responsive on any questions I sent him. We loved our stay!

Wonderful!

Communication with the host, Matt, was prompt and very helpful. Upon arriving we were able to access the property through the keypad to open the garage and walk right in to the clean and updated furnishings. Everything we needed including clean bedding, towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. were there to get our week started. The sparkling water and welcome card on the kitchen counter was a special touch. We loved the pool, lounges, grill, and 6 person golf cart to drive around the island. I especially liked the beach cart to bring my surf fishing gear down to the beach. The whole family loved staying in this location. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful home with fabulous golf cart in a great location

Our family loved staying in Holmes Beach. This home is the perfect size for us & in the perfect location. Two king beds is a huge perk. The golf cart was amazing to have to travel to our favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. What a wonderful family vaca, cannot wait to come back!

Our stay in Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful stay at this island oasis. Everyone enjoyed the home, and pool was a big plus. The golf cart made it fun for kids and adults, carting to the beaches and around the island. Definitely would recommend to others looking for a place to make wonderful memories with family.

Spring break family vacation

Property accommodations were spot on for our family of 9 to enjoy for the week. Close to the beach, wagon, chairs and toys for beach. Golf cart a plus and spacious pool area. Would highly recommend this home to others.

Terrific location, good host

The good: this location is excellent, spacious property, tasteful decor and golf cart a huge bonus. The kitchen is well stocked. The host is incredibly responsive and helped with a few issues right away. Upon arrival, we had an issue with cleanliness of the unit. While some issues were resolved with the cleaning crew coming back, I would suggest a thorough deep cleaning of this property as soon as possible. We continued to notice areas of concern over the rest of the week, but overlooked it due to not wanting to keep arranging for cleaners to come back on our vacation. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to do a lot ourselves. This is a nice property if it were to be given a deep clean.

Great stay in Anna Maria Island

This property was perfect for our group of three couples. We loved the heated pool and the golf cart was very handy to take us to the beach. I would heartily recommend this property for a great Anna Maria Island stay.

Great house, great location!

Two families of 4, 8 people total, plenty of room! Location couldn't have been better - close to everything - beach, restaurants, grocery, shops. Having the pool in the back was wonderful after a hot day at the beach. 3 full baths worked well for 2 separate families. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We agreed our favorite convenience was the golf cart!! Please don't ever get rid of that! We loved having it - it made getting around so easy and fun! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Family Vacation

Great Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time and loved the house. The golf cart was a big help getting everything to the beach. The only thing we did not know was the house was a double and the pool was shared. The house slept 10 comfortably but only had 10 hangers so I had to go buy hangers. It was hard to eat out with 10 people because the restaurants are only serving outdoors because of Covid.
