The house was perfect. Our kids loved the tire swing, and there was plenty of room for everything we had planned. The owners shared thoughtful suggestions of state parks to visit, and we had a great time exploring some of them!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the colorful bedroom downstairs. My husband caught a crab with a net 2 seconds after arriving! We all had a blast hanging outside on the dock or on the beach! If we ever had a question regarding anything, Leigh ann answered promptly and very helpful! Honestly, we loved this vacation home and the areas near by!

We had a great time. We had a friends vacation with 7 kids and 5 adults throughout the week. There was plenty of space inside the house for the kids to play and the adults to hang out. The yard is spacious and the beach on the property was the best. The beach stays shady during the day and the tire swing was a success. There was only one day that we couldn't get in the water due to the jelly fish. The best part of the house was the large basement and the screened in patio. Any problems we had we solved quickly by the owner. We did got without one TV upstairs due to a storm that happened but we still managed to have a good time. This is a great location for kids. We can't wait until next summer! We will definitely be back!

Great location

The house was well stocked with toys and games for the kids. The kitchen also had the essentials (spices, flour, sugar, cooking essentials, etc.). The location was perfect...secluded, quite personal beach and pier access. We had a lot of fun fishing and crabbing. There are jellyfish in the water but swimming in the shallow water was fun. Bring sting killer if you plan to swim. When we arrived the tempature of the house was 85 degrees. It took nearly 12hrs to reach a comfortable 73 degrees, which made for a hot evening. I wish the AC tempature had been set cooler prior to our arrival. The drier and oven both had to be un plugged and then plugged back in multiple times throughout our stay to get them to turn back on. The sink in the yellow bath room was not draining properly. There is a pack and play available but it is very well loved and stained so we ended up getting one delivered.Overall we had a great time!!

Everybody in our company was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised. Tons of toys, books, table games for kids. Amazing fully packed kitchen. Location!! Beach, 2 kayaks, fishing, grilling... We had great little vacation.

Nice bungalow in beautiful surroundings.

Birthday treat for my 89 year old mother. Was really nice to have everything on one floor. Absolutely loved sitting outside and watching the boats and birds.

Funeral stay

My father passed away in the Hollywood area and we had a large group of family and friends wanting to attend the services. We used this wonderful property for many of our family to stay together. The property was peaceful and beautiful which is exactly what we needed. The house was wonderfully stocked and in a beautiful peaceful location.

Lovely views and getaway location!

The home is ideally situation on a beautiful spot with great views from the house, the yard, and the dock/beach areas. The dock and little beachy area are down some easy stairs, and is great for getting the kayaks off, fishing or just hanging out. The group did a little swimming, but experienced some moon jellyfish each of our days. They are pretty harmless and the stings are very mild, though. I found myself sitting for hours in the bright Adirondack chairs looking out onto the river. We made s'mores one night at the fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and lots of your everyday spices and condiments. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, and there was lots of room in both living rooms. Leigh Ann communicated timely!

Great little spot for fishing/crabbing. Air conditioner was turned off on arrival-took a day to cool the house down, but worked fine after that. Lots of clutter on outside porch limited our fishing gear placement/and utility of the porch. My kids loved the tire swing, and playing in the surf on the little beach, as well as the downstairs playroom/TV. All in all, great spot for exactly what we wanted.
