This is a brand new villa located on the third floor with an ocean view along with picture-perfect sandy white beach making this villa an ideal vacation spot . With just a short walk to the beachfront right outside the villa. Two bedroom with king in the master and a set of queens in the second bedroom \
With all new furnishings along with all bed linens. Features amenities on property is convenient and great for the whole family. Property features five points of private entries to the beach for Island club owners and its guests
Pool area consists of lap pool which is heated during off season along with kiddie pool. The kids have a bubbled area as well To play . The separate jacuzzi gives one a relaxing experience.
One hour per day of tennis is also included along with top of the line pickle ball courts . Bring a group for corm Hole toss area
Wi-Fi is included in the villa and thought out the property. A full fitness center along with bike rental on site for use of our well groomed bike paths on our island. Picnic table and designated grill area alongwith a children’s playground The whole resort is such quality.
Come experience a relaxing vacation , with many local restaurants and shopping for you to choose from. All close within the resort whether is family style or fine dinning with over 200 restaurants to chose from

Unit was okay. Great location and good view of Ocean. Was not a newly renovated condo as advertised. Someone had snuck an dog into the unit at some point prior to our stay. Communicated this with the owner so they could follow up on it. We were provided an early check in, which was very nice to be able to get in early and rest from travel. Communication with the owner was easy and simple.

Gorgeous updated Villa with a beautiful beach!

The Villa was even better than was described! Obviously recently decorated- love the Coastal look! It was sparkling clean and comfortable. Great location with a very nice pool and beautiful beach!The Host was so helpful- answered all my questions and went out of her way to help! Check-in was easy and On -site staff were also very helpful. I will be returning with a few guests as this was an “ all 5 starts” experience! Thanks again for everything!

This place has a great location, right off the elevator (which was necessary for my family w/ an injury). The view was nice. There was plenty of storage in the entire place and good size kitchen. I was there with young kids that loved the spacious living room to play. They also loved the playground outside. The negatives. The place was FILTHY and very poorly maintained. The first moments we were there,we had to clean up spilled water. The paper towel that we used to clean was black after wiping a small area. All the floors were gross, under the cabinets/in the cabinets and under the furniture was GROSS. We found candy wrappers and corn dog sticks in the bedrooms. The first bathroom door fell off the top hinge the first time we closed it. We reported it to the contact, she said no one would be to fix it, since it wasn't an emergency,so we got screws and fixed it. Upon checkout, we reported that we fixed it and the contact said we should have said something. The bottom drawer in the master bath was broken. The screen door on the balcony fell off. We had to fix the kitchen window so that it would open correctly. The refrigerator leaked tons of water, everyday. The complex was loud with maintenance as well and some areas were closed off,causing us to take detours (with a injured person, this was not ideal). We had to pay $25 for a second vehicle to stay. The door from balcony to master did not lock,would blow open if any other door was open. Would not stay here again.
