July 4th family meetup

Wonderful property, plenty of space for our group, and was well stocked with everything we needed. It's unusual in a rental to have enough of everything in the kitchen for a larger group, but this property had everything we needed. The bedrooms and living space were comfortable, back yard and view were very relaxing. Sea Pines is a beautiful neighborhood with so much to do, we will have to return to keep exploring it!

Beautiful property in Sea Pines

The house was perfect for our family of 8. We enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, grilling outside and gathering at the large table in the dining room. There was plenty of room for us to all watch football in the living room. The location Is convenient to everything that Sea Pines has to offer. The bikes provided, were a perk.

A great space.

The actual layout of the house is great. Plenty of space for dining and relaxing. The kitchen provided all possible amenities and cookware essential to cook for a group of 12 or more. The beds were also very comfortable The flooring leaves much to be desired, though. There is blue tape used to hold some of the flooring down and keep the rug from being a trip hazard. Otherwise, a good stay.

Family vacation

The home was very comfortable for our large group. I would definitely stay again. We didn't stay in the house that often as we spent most of the day at the beach and went out to eat each night. However overall was a good experience. Drove to the trolley parking lot each morning and took the trolley to the Sea Pines beach. Trolley was fantastic and the beach was perfect. Overall very good vacation. Thanks again!

Nice vacation

House is nice but needs a little work, flooring is coming up in the living room and the sofa needs replaced. The tiled soap dish in the bathroom was in the floor and a hole in the tile exposed. Emailed the contact who said they would try to fix, never saw anyone, understanding that would be a time consuming repair. Plenty of kitchen things for cooking and serving but bring all your basics such as spices, plastic wrap etc. It was quite a haul to the beach, especially with little kids. Hard to take beach items that are needed on a bike. We loaded up the car and dropped items and people off at an access, drove back to the house and rode a bike back to the beach. Liked the access to the small playground and pool. Had a great vacation and love Hilton Head.

Wonderful family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in HHI. The house is in a great location. A short bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, pony rides, etc. We had four kids ages 4, 3, 3 and 2 and they loved sharing the bunk room! You won’t regret booking this for your next vacation in HHI.

Very comfortable interior.

Process was good, but it was a first for us and I didn't realize that there was an additional fee for VRBO. It was difficult getting information about the swimming pool. A map would be good. Also instructions for the card reader to access the pool. Since we were there in early April, there was lots of tree debris in pool and on the deck which made them unusable. The house itself was lovely. We did have issues with the interior doors not latching.

Military Reunion

We had our annual military reunion and this year it was in Hilton Head. The house is located in the Sea Pines of Hilton Head. The area is absolutely beautiful, with a vast many walking /biking trails, which we took advantage of. The house provided comfort and the ability for all of us to enjoy our time together.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was central to restaurants & shopping which we enjoyed immensely. The kids have already said they want to come back!

Fun with Friends

Wonderful time! It was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and we were not disappointed. The house was just the right size for our group of 14. Plenty of room for everyone. The bunk bed room with attached bathroom was perfect for the kids. All linens except for beach towels were provided. Bike paths to the beach & Harbor Town were fantastic. The beach at Sea Pines Beach Club was beautiful and the club itself was wonderful. Very clean and convenient. Tip: if you get to the beach club before 8 AM you can park in the lot with your Sea Pines pass. After 8 AM the attendant will direct you to park & use the trolley on Greenwood. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation. We would recommend the house and the area.

Great location & Property manager

The house was recently remodeled, everything was new. The dining table was large, fit all 12 of us. The pool was nice, and had a large shallow area for the smaller kids. The management company offered helpful information and quick to respond.

Great location and well equipped

Such a great location and this house was THE BEST equipped house of any property we have stayed at! In fact every family in our party purchased the Presto griddle online and shipped it to our houses. The ONLY thing that we would recommend is adding a full length mirror on the back of every bedroom door. It was very hard to get ready for evening dinners with only the bathroom mirrors. Thank you SO much for sharing your lovely home with us!
