BEACH GEAR: 2 Chairs

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag in the bedroom closet for Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-NO E-BIKES: allowed on property.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies

Stayed here with a friend and we had a great time. The location is my favorite on the island and this was my first time using this specific villa. Property was clean and more upgraded than others I've stayed in. It was a little cold out during our stay so we enjoyed the great TV. It had everything we needed and the building put us right by the beach for easy access to the beach, restaurant and pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a short walk to the pool and beach and on-site restaurant/bar. Our older kid enjoyed the built-in bunk beds and there was enough room in the bedroom for our baby’s pack n play (portable crib), but just barely. It was nice to have a balcony to relax on as well. The resort has activities such as movies at the pool, hair braiding, karaoke, etc. All in all this was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

Wonderful stay at this condo with perfect space for a couple. Completely updated and very clean. Short walk to beach and pool. My husband and I did some light cooking for breakfast-basic kitchen supplies in condo. We will recommend this condo to friends and family and plan to stay here for our future trips to HHI.

The pool, beach and beach bar were easily accessible. There were plenty of towels. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom, and the flooring was sticky. The elevator was broken and we couldn’t use it the entire stay, which was disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The amenities were great, walk to the beach and pool. We went as a family of 4, me, my husband, a 12 year old boy, and 13 year old girl. The listing had sleeps 6, but there was no way my kids were able to fit in those bunk beds, but it definitely slept 4 with the fold out couch. Those bunk beds seem more fitting for small, young children.

Relaxing spring break

The size was perfect for 2 people. It would have been tight for more. The beach and pool are great. Fun sports bar/restaurant and pool bar. The shower drain needs snaked. The blinding light from the hall seeps through in the bedroom. If you need darkness to sleep, you’ll struggle.
