We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options, perfect for our family. The location is ideal — just a 3-minute walk to the park, 5 minutes to the Sandbox Museum, and 10 minutes to Coligny Beach, which has restrooms, changing rooms, and a great shopping plaza. We loved grabbing fresh, affordable seafood from Piggly Wiggly nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable, with amazing mattresses and pillows. The sofa was a big plus for our family of five — we were happy to all stay together in one space. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service!

The staff was cool but the room had an unpleasant smell and odor, not enough towels, breakfast was cold as ever not many choices.The property on the outside very dirty. I will not not be staying again, lastly please remove the photos from the website because they very deceiving to the customers

While property was very convenient to everything, the lack of working things was a huge issue! Elevators were out of service! One elevator on the whole place working and every single time we tried getting on it they were full of cleaning staff with their carts! We had to pay for parking which we couldn’t even park at the hotel we had to park down the road on the side. The breakfast area is TINY for amount of people at the hotel! Don’t think we would ever go back with these issues!

The room was not ready until 6:30 pm. We had a dog and we unable to rent the room that we booked. I was given a $20 discount, but that is not sufficient! I am very disappointed.

Not a great experience at all! Never again.

The bathroom was not clean and had several strands of hair in the floor. Saturday morning breakfast there was no milk at all. Children were eating cereal without milk. We mentioned to the front desk. The gentleman at the desk was nice but breakfast wasn’t aweful and the other employees when asked for milk shrugged at us.

Bad above a working area so the view was pretty horrendous. The price was OK but the room wasn’t in great shape. You expect better cleanliness, especially From this holiday inn express. You know the funny thing is you can complain all you want but what they really should do is offer you a discount, etc..
