AMAZING location. We had an issue with plumbing our first day, but the host was quick to fix it and we never had another issue again. Loved the place for our family needs (which included someone in a wheelchair). The rooms all had plenty of space and the large dining area was great for us to play games while it was cold and raining. This was within walking distance to many great places and the river in the back yard was beautiful.

Host was super informative in a timely fashion ahead of the reservation. Easy to understand instructions. The place was also perfect. The river nearby, the walking distance to town, the comfort in each bedroom, all perfect. Wonderful experience, couldn't do better!

We have stayed on this property for October fest.The last 5 years, it is an amazing property.And an amazing location , well worth the cost. It is walking distance to everything so no need for any vehicles. Really the perfect place for october fest.

Family Vacation

Excellent cabin! Lots of room for all 8 of us. We had a large group and had 4 cabins on the same street. Very convenient to the town of Helen. I would recommend this cabin for anyone who wants to stay in Helen

Wonderful Place to Stay!!!!!

Couldn’t have ask for a better place to say nor a better location. We had the best time staying here…from the convenience of walking downtown, sitting outside watching the tubers and or just relaxing outside, this is the place. Kitchen was stocked and we even enjoyed a night of grilling out. Hope we have the opportunity to stay in Helen again because we will want to stay here again!

Helen Work Trip

Myself and three colleagues were in town for a VW/Audi/Porsche event. Our company was sponsoring the event and we were there from Monday till Sunday. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Walkable to town, but quiet for the nights we needed a mental breather from a week of hard work and running around town for events.The river in the backyard works as a natural barrier for decreasing outside noise from town and it was absolutely serene. David was so incredibly helpful and communicated amazingly. He answered the questions I had and was helpful every step of the way. Would love to stay here again next year for the event!

Beautiful River Side House

Beautiful location so fun to sit on the back deck in the glider and watch the creek go by. Right by the front door and is a large round table with the little gas fire pit in the middle. It was perfect for night time get togethers. We spent happy evenings there. There is plenty of outside and inside comfortable seating. The house was clean and spacious with lots of light and views of the river. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room to move around with 3 cooks!. Bathrooms and bedrooms have plenty of towels and linens. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great home!

The owners were gracious enough to open their home to my family due hurricane Milton. It was very last minute and they were able to accommodate us! The location is amazing! We walked to everything and even went fishing in the river. So grateful to have stayed here!

Fun convenient family spot right on the river

Awesome family spot right on the river with plenty of games and outside spaces. We had a wonderful family get together and the nephews loved it! The kitchen was very well equipped with a nice gas grill as well. We all said we hope to make it back home again soon!

Yearly family vacation

We visit Helen every June for a long weekend. We truly enjoyed staying at this property. Had everything we needed and was in a great riverfront location. Walking distance to Helen is a great plus.
