Very convenient for late arrivals or early flights from Bradley Airport. But limited dining and no bar. No room service. Nighttime staff marginally friendly. First room smelled bad, like humidity or water damage. But they quickly changed our room after we complained and the 2nd room was very good.

Extremely Convenient and Comfortable

We typically stay here when we have a very early flight out of Bradley International Airport. We can return the car the night before the flight and get a few hours sleep before we need to be at the terminal. Since the hotel is connected to the airport, we check out and its a quick walk to TSA Pre-check security. Makes for a much less stressful morning than staying somewhere else. You pay for the convenience but for us its well worth it.

Perfect Pre-flight overnight.

We stayed overnight to avoid the early morning drive from home, with two young children for a 5 am flight. Check in was a breeze. The Parking Spot shuttle dropped us at the front door of the hotel. The staff were courteous and allowed us to use their cart to transport our luggage to the airline terminal. We got to sleep in and walk right over to TSA check in. Best plan ever!!
