This property is so convenient to everything in Hampton beach. We could easily walk to restaurants and the local grocery. The beach was right across the street so it was perfect for walking the dogs.The room itself is great for a couple. Just plan to eat out since the kitchenette is more for drinks and snacking.

Very,very clean!!

This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating!

Perfect Family Retreat

This location for us couldn’t have been any better. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough away to escape from nightlife noise and excitement. We brought our infant and two dogs and there was plenty of room for our little family to enjoy a comfortable stay. The fact that we only had to carry our baby and pull our wagon a short distance to the beach was a huge bonus. Also, being that it is the far end of the beach, we found it to be a lot less crowded than other parts of the beach. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling as a small family or just a quiet stay for 2.

The room was clean, check in was easy, host responded promptly to any questions, unloading the car was easy, convenient parking, & the walk down the boulevard wasn’t bad at all.

Clean and nicely located to the beach and restaurants

This property was clean, located across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of the boardwalk. Check-in was very easy. The only small complaint is that there could have been more towels.
