Nice condo but appliance don’t work

Booked this condo knowing it had a washing machine. It did not work along with garbage disposal, and dishwasher, and numerous outlets. Could not get anyone to return any phone calls. Made a vacation a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

Great place and location. Sparse supplies...bring everything you'll need in the kitchen including salt/pepper. I thought some basics would be there.

Gulf shores townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We only had one issue with the front door lock but it was resolved quickly. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room sofa. We would stay here again.

This was a nice condo in a quiet and safe neighborhood. However I was disappointed in the condition of the unit. The walls were dirty and need to be painted. The bedding cover was ripped and stained. The ottoman was stained and dirty and the sofa was very uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for the location and neighborhood but not for the cleanliness.

This is a very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was the 3rd bedroom pull out couch. It was very uncomfortable and it didn’t have proper bedding. The only extra blanket we found in bedroom #2 closet and it smelled like wet dog. We ended up buying a blowup mattress and bedding for my 80yr old mom. You will need to provide your own coffee filters for the coffee maker and of course the coffee as well. Other than that, this place was perfect and we’d definitely recommend it. It’s very private and quiet.

It’s was our first time in Alabama it was beautiful and we liked the condo we was in very nice and clean I will be coming back The only thing I did not like was you always had to wear socks not your feet would be black after you got out the shower.

NOT AT ALL CLEAN

Home is very nice but the lack of cleanliness and poor repairs done really detract from the quality of this house. The beds were SO uncomfortable, the pull out couch had dirty pink sheets with stains on them (obviously not checked when the house was "cleaned") there were ants in the bed in the room closest to the doors, the toilet cleaning brushes were filthy and rusted, the walls had visible paint removed and chipped, the home is in desperate need of new furniture, couch uncomfortable. The only comfortable chair was the plastic chair on the patio.

Perfect!! Close to everything!!

Family getaway with our youngest son and his family which included our 2 year old grandson. It was his first trip to the beach. The house was close to everything so making several trips so he could nap was perfect!!! Plenty of room and the pups loved the back yard!! We will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation

The location was great. The property as a whole was quiet and seemed decently maintained. The inside was nice and modern but could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. There was sand, dust build-up, trash under the dining table and other furniture. Lots of dust on furniture etc that needed to be cleaned. There were multiple door handles that kept falling off (inside of master and outside of front room). There are broken and worn cups in the cabinet that definitely need to be thrown out. We requested that the backyard be mowed as we brought pets with us and the yard was overgrown but they never came over our 4 day stay. We went to the small pool at the back of the property but didn't swim because there was trash in the pool and the area was not kept up like the other pool. The big pool was very nice but was not available to our unit. Overall a little disappointed but didn't let the lack of service and cleanliness ruin our vacation.

Great location

Far enough from the beach to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive there in a few minutes. Lots of great places to eat at the shopping center that is near by. Quiet neighborhood where you only hear frogs and cicadas. Only heard 1 private jet take off since it’s right next to an airport. If I make another trip to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, I would definitely stay again.

Our stay

The property itself was beautiful. It had everything we needed to cook our meals.. The complaints that I have- the showers still had hair in them, the master shower still look dirty in some areas, the faucets were dusty. The floors were super slippery my kids kept falling, the ceiling fans were extremely dusty- looks like they have never been cleaned. I had to kill a few roaches, dog hair all on the couch and dog pooped in the back yard. We couldn’t enjoy the yard. The communication was horrible- I messaged the property through the app and they responded 4 days later. The property was was in the middle of everything that was great!
