Pros:Condo was well decorated in nice pastels, 2 very comfortable leather chairs, well stocked kitchen as far as cooking utensils and dishware, wonderful balcony with lots of cozy furniture. Very spacious walk-in shower in the master bedroom, felt very secure with security employees on site Short walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby as well as Wal-Mart and Rouse's Market. Cons: Second bedroom needs the mattress replaced, very noisy near elevator, elevators sometimes fail, only one extra blanket for two rooms, no spices even salt or pepper.

Impressive Condo!

We were very impressed with this unit! We’ve rented many condos on Gulf Shores and this one is by far, the absolute best! Furniture was beautiful and comfortable in the living areas and the beds were great also. The balcony had plenty of comfortable outdoor chairs and lounges. The pool/hottub area was nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to get this unit the next time we visit!

Everything was excellent. Only issue was the beach access code we were given in the portal was not correct. Also it would be nice if we could get an email when the unit is ready instead of having to wait until 4:00 to check in.

Very nice, great location.

The room great- property not so much

Unit nicely decorated. Corners of the rooms have hair and dust. Extra pillows but no pillow cases. No extra blankets and what’s on the bed is very thin. It was cold and rainy during our stay and it would have been nice to have more bedding options. Stained blankets. The pool was terrible- cold, sand everywhere on the inside, broken tiles missing from the inside and outside edges. Very dangerous. The elevators smelt like mold. Parking is all very narrow. The internet service and WiFi is terrible - would not load. cell service is terrible in the condo- one bar. The phone rang several times in the middle of the night and woke everyone up, once at 3 am and 5am and when answered it was political advertisement. The fridge was warm when we arrived- it has to be turned down to normal temperature. The compressor on the fridge would also make a ringing noise- constant throughout the day . New outdoor balcony furniture was delivered which was great. Overall the unit was okay but the property Room nicely decorated. Corners of the rooms have hair and dust. Some of the fencing around the pool is held on by zip ties. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Bring spices. There was one beach chair in the unit- we did not use because we didn’t see it until the last day while doing laundry. The property itself needs a lot of maintenance.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this condo. The master king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were yummy. We loved the walk-in shower with the hand-held shower head. Everything was clean and efficient. Lots of great gadgets and cookware for preparing wonderful meals in the kitchen. The TV was the bomb, huge and very clear. The balcony furniture was also a plus, especially the pub height set that enabled you to easily see the incredible view over the handrail. We loved this unit and would highly recommend it.
