It is a nice hotel, I would have rather had a microwave than a safe. The fridge didn't keep food and drinks cool, room service didn't clean the floors in a 5 day stay and only changed towels twice, I had the clean please hanger on. Clean overall and great breakfast. Pool was freezing, Not heated

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times when I visit the Greenville area, but we will most likely find another place to stay next time. One elevator was broken and the other one made terrible noises. The lobby was unkempt and overall the hotel was unclean including the common areas and hallways. The room was okay but just seemed outdated.

Our stay was good. The only complaints were that the mattresses needed to be replaced (backache) and the elevator was slow and needed cleaning and maintenance. Only one was operational. The room was spacious and comfortable.
