Rooms need a facelift. Window blinds have stains and need to be replaced. Otherwise the rooms are nice sizes and clean. Breakfast was average, but the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and never felt unsafe.

The room was okay but the toilet was to the floor. I didn't ask for a handicap room but should have. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was okay for free. I heard the person above me that walked all night and didn't realize the floor was so thin.

The staff was great. The only issue that I am having is that we had an emergency come up and had to leave a day early. This was communicated to the front the desk and was told that it wouldn't be a problem and we would be refunded the extra night since we had to leave. Now I am being told that I am not able to get the refund. The hotel will not answer their phone and I'm hundred of miles of away.

Very clean. The breakfast everyday had a little variety with healthy options for my son who was cutting weight. The infused water in the lobby was very good and fresh. I was very surprised with how good the stay was for a Holiday Inn. Definitely comparable to some more expensive properties.

The actual stay was fine, but I was never refunded the charge for incidentals, as the gentleman at the front desk told me I would. It's been a nightmare to try to actually speak with a person at the property, and once I finally reached someone, I was told they're was no such charge, which is not true. Of course, I didn't save my receipt, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Won't be booking with Holiday Inn again.
