July 1 - 8th, 2023 Mountain getaway!

We have up to a 2 BR Top of the mountain 6000/7000 building Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort vacation available each year. All vacations are for 7 days. Prices depend on time of year and holidays. The Grande and deluxe is $275/night non-holidays and $325/night on holidays. We will have a booking policy for units not already booked. Once paid in full the reservation will be put into your name. You will be staying as an owner and will get full access to all amenities including the waterpark! This is a timeshare resort, so a meeting with the concierge will be requested but is not required. If you have any issues or concerns, please communicate to us. This can be broken into a 1 BR if desired.

Pets under 50 lbs are allowed. Please plan to pay a $170 cleaning fee and a refundable $100 damage deposit at check in.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms.
