Beautiful view, very cozy. Loved the 3 floors each with bedroom and bathroom. The 3 couples could easily all hang out together or be in their own space.The only thing i did not like was the hill for the "driveway", but it was worth it for the mountain view.

Gatlinburg Getaway

Just a little weekend getaway to break the monotony. The cabin was awesome, the host was very responsive, and the girls loved the hot tub. It appears that all of the cabins in this community are three stories with a bedroom and bathroom on every floor.. what absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Driveway was little steep, but you're in the mountains. Close to Downtown Gatlinburg and neighbors were very friendly. Hot tub was clean and very useful after riding Harley around the mountains all day. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We especially like having a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 floors so everyone could have their own space. The deck was great for hanging out and eating outside. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace. The cabin is a quick easy drive to the Gatlinburg business district. I would highly recommend.

Post Christmas Trip

No issues with cabin! It was perfect for our family. Only thing to keep in mind is the parking. This cabin shares a driveway with another cabin and it was tight with parking. The driveway is short and very steep! It would be so hard to get up and down if bad weather. But this is similar to most cabins.

I can’t wait to go back! Enjoyed our stay! Place was just as described and was decorated for Christmas! Everything was we expected. Rob was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions in a quick manner. A great place for our family to spend Thanksgiving.

great location for a quiet fall getaway

We always love staying in the Black Bear Falls cabin community when we go to Gatlinburg. It’s close enough to downtown to see all the sites, yet far enough away to have the quiet and less busy feeling. It’s very close to the Art and Crafts community and has a great grocery store just down the street. Check in was easy and everything was clean. We loved staying here. Two couches converted into pull out beds. We travelled with our two small children and my two in-laws. Would recommend staying here!

Wonderful experience

Entire experience was seamless. Property manager communication was excellent and kept us informed when bear issues were reported in the neighborhood. Plenty of space in the cabin for all to enjoy! 4 bear cubs with momma bear frequented the area.

Wonderful cabin!

The cabin is exactly how it was described and shown in pictures! My kids (age 23 and 21) enjoyed their stay as well! Pool table, hot tub, and the view from the decks kept us entertained!

BEST vacation for my adult children

We had the BEST trip to the Gatlin Lodge & Gatlinburg this week! The cabin was so very nice & clean!! My 4 adult children enjoyed it too. With 3 floors & 3 bedrooms & bathrooms, all were comfortable for whatever each felt like doing. My Daughter had to work a little remotely each day, and she had several places to do that. Rooms are exactly as depicted on VRBO! Property owner was very responsive to any questions also!! He even came by and introduced himself & emptied our outdoor trash container! Our hot tub was also in good condition & was well enjoyed!! We traveled with another family from our area, and they were in “The Songbird” & we could walk to their cabin! We did see a big black Bear the 1st 2 nights that we were in Gburg!! But the whole Black Bear Falls community is beautiful, quiet & relaxing for all!!! And it was only 3 miles to Gatlinburg!!! Our cabin also was equipped with great amenities! Cookware & kitchen supplies were great; water pressure & hot water was way above average!! Strong & steady!!! Shocked that it was so awesome even with competing showers!! We only wished that the pool was warmer! But had a FANTASTIC FAMILY VACATION !!! We will be back!!

Beautiful area and plenty of room!

The location was beautiful and so conveniently located close to Gatlinburg. We loved the deck and hot tub. Our teenage boys loved having a king sized bed and a bathroom each! Highly recommend!
