Our first exposure was that the sidewalk was icy and unsafe. We notified the host right away, but nothing was done for 4 days about the icy slippery sidewalk. We entered condo at 4:00 pm on Super bowl sunday to find that we could not operate the TV due to lack of instructions. We notified the host right away, and they had Eric, the handyman, come and try with no luck. He arrived at the 3rd period. We ended up missing the Super Bowl. We got a text from the host the next day telling us we had to have a streaming service in order to use the TV for the game. They did not tell us about this beforehand. The dishwasher was inoperative, and the hosts knew about this before we entered, and they did not tell us. The unit has no written materials of any sort, nothing at all, about running the appliances or the TV or anything in the condo. Handy man Eric came to look at dishwasher without success, and told us the plumber would be coming the next day to install a part, and fix it. Also, the water main to the dishwasher had been turned off before we got there, so they knew it was not working before we got there. The next day the hosts texted us to tell us the dishwasher would not be repaired until after we departed. They offered a pittance as compensation, even though they rented the unit well aware that the dishwasher was inoperative. The clothes washer door and seals are full of mold. Each time we texted with an issue, the response was a text that we will inform the team.
