"The Coop" comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

We had a great time at The Coop and Roost! The place was very spacious and clean with plenty of outdoor space for activities! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit for s’mores! The location was very convenient being located close to downtown and several playgrounds. Fredericksburg is a fun, laid back place to stay. We also enjoyed visiting Enchanted Rock State Park!

This is a wonderful rental for so many different reasons; location, cleanliness, a plethora of amenities, the feel that you were at home and not in a hotel, great contact with owner from start to finish, spaciousness, great neighborhood for running in the early morning hours, very welcoming atmosphere, and the most wonderful AC capability in the Coop and the Roost! THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT!!!

We have absolutely no complaints! The location was great, as it was in walking distance to anything you could need or want to do while in Fred (Main Street, winery shuttle pickup spots, and grocery stores). The host was attentive and responded to all questions in a timely manner. The place was beautifully decorated and accommodating for all 8 of us, with room to sprawl out. It was the perfect girls weekend getaway destination! We will for sure be back!

Really nice property. Back yard/ porch are great. I love to be outside. Parking area is large enough for multiple vehicles so didn’t have to park on smoke. Property manager very responsive. Plan to go back if I can. Oh and inside of house nice, clean, and comfortable.
