First time in the area and we couldn’t have lucked out with a better place to stay. Such incredible attention to detail from the design aesthetic to the number of beds this was a wonderful place to stay with me and for other girlfriends we will definitely go back. This home was the perfect getaway for a girl’s weekend to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday in Fredricksburg. We had 8 women in the house, and we all slept comfortably- the birthday girl and her sister shared the king bed in the primary suite and everyone else had their own bed. Elizabeth was an amazing host and made everything so easy for our group. She even had champagne iced down at our arrival and a sweet personal note for the birthday girl. Every single one of us said that we would definitely book this home again. Thanks to Elizabeth for sharing her beautiful home!!

I booked this home for a weekend birthday trip with a few friends and let me tell you.. everyone had nothing but good things to say about the house. I was clean and each room had their own personality which everyone loved. The host even added a special touch and wished me a happy birthday! I arrived to a sweet note, wine and a chocolate bar-very thoughtful and was a sweet surprise to come to upon arrival. The backyard was also very nice. Everyone sat on the porch at one point. You can say we all enjoyed our stay. Location of the house was nice (close to everything). We did end up breaking one curtain rod while cleaning right before we left, and although we tried to fix it it wasn't a "fixable" thing. I did let the host know and offered to replace it since it was a tiny hook that came loose (essentially broken) other than that tiny mishap we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again if the host allows us.

The house is adorable. And the host is very reachable and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again! There are plenty of beds and the large back yard was great for playing with our kid. This house is a don't miss.

Great home with lots of amenities

House was great! Location was very nice. The pool pump broke but they sent someone out fast to clean it so we could use it for a couple days. We used every amenity this home had and we were very pleased with our stay.

Amazing House!

Alice’s Haus was an amazing house. Had a family gathering to visit Fredericksburg and Alice’s Haus was beautiful setting for our visit. Enjoyed the fire pit and yard games. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to make lovely large meals.

Beautiful House

We were three families (10 people) staying at Alice’s Haus after Christmas. The house is lovely, lots of space and had a nice holiday feel as well. The outdoor area was great with fire pit, large wrap around porch, even a gym and laundry in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved it!

Great Bachelorette Home

This house had plenty of room for 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and each room had an additional fan unit in case you run hot or like the noise. The kitchen was larger than I expected and was fully equipped with what we needed. The Halloween decorations were the most delightful touch!!

Family Birthday

House was exactly as advertised, beautiful and perfect for our group of 10 adults. Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have enough space. House has absolutely everything you could want or need. It is not walking distance to Main Street, but the short drive (5 minutes) was not an issue for us as we had multiple cars. I would recommend this house to any large group looking for a wonderful house to host a family event.

Adorable home a short drive from downtown

My family came to Fredericksburg for a birthday and stayed at Alice’s Haus. It had a lot of personality in the way it was decorated, and had every amenity we needed for a party of 11, including enough towels, dish-wear, parking spaces, a fire pit, rocking and hanging chairs on the wrap around porch, and even a Bluetooth speaker that we could move around the house with us! We also loved the garage gym for light morning workouts! It was about a 5 min drive/uber to the downtown area. The hosts were always quick to respond if we had a question or concern and we would definitely choose to stay here again! Thank you!

Better then Expected

This place was adorable and the host was even better! I was the Maid of Honor hosting a Bachelorette party at this property and it was PERFECT! I had high hopes and they were expected. The property manager even left a little note and gift to celebrate the bride. The place was tidy and a perfect set up with lots of comfortable room to sleep. The outdoor area was perfect for backdrops for pictures and there was plenty of room for 11. I even left something behind and Elizabeth was very responsive and shipped it back to me. This place truly made the whole trip. I not only would definitely stay here again but HIGHLY recommend it.

Just Perfect!

We loved this beautiful home! The layout was great for our extended family. We loved the wonderful little details throughout the home that made it so special. Communication with the property manager was incredible! She was very responsive to any question we had. My only drawback was I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

This was my second time to book with Elizabeth! The house is so comfortable and chic. The attention to detail is amazing. And Elizabeth goes above and beyond to prepare for our visit. Spring in Fredricksburg

10 family and friends spent four days in Fredricksburg, this house is awesome. Very clean, excellent location, nicely furnished. Hosts were excellent and sought to make our stay as nice as possible.
