GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION

We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed. The host was available for our questions and everything was clean and nice. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Cute and cozy place

We had a great time at this house, it was bigger than we expected! House was fully stocked and was so clean. The water and ice maker wasn’t working though but we just went and bought some at Walmart down the street. Close distance to Main Street! We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

The Best Experience!

This rental is my favorite one thus far in Fredericksburg— and I visit at least 3 times a year. It is outfitted so well, has absolutely everything you could need! Plenty of comfy beds and roomy bathrooms to accommodate 13 ladies. Communication with the host was excellent. Plenty of parking out front in the circular driveway for lots of cars. This place is perfect!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and they loved the tv’s in the rooms to watch their favorite shows. The house was very comfortable and clean! Thank you for the lemon cake and fresh fruit, it was delicious!

Family fun!

This property was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the common areas were great for gathering together. The large fenced backyard was so fun for the grandkids to run and play in!

Bachelorette trip

We stayed at this party for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect. We had enough Diane for everyone, the house is nice and they had cookies and fresh flowers waiting on us when we arrived! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for a trip back to Fredericksburg!

Good, but…

We loved the house. Very roomy. Comfortable. However, the dishwasher did not work properly and should have been replaced before our arrival. Manager tried to replace the dishwasher, but both the handyman and plumber failed to get it installed. Thus, we were stuck doing dishes all week long. This made our stay less than enjoyable.

40th Birthday - Girls Trip

This house was the perfect place to stay...we had 11 ladies in the house. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is very spacious and for all of us not to be on top of each other as well it had enough bathrooms....it was PERFECT!!! Due to COVID, I made the decision to get a house considering everything pretty much closes at 9/10pm. The first night we were able to go to dinner (Martini's Seafood House was fabulous!!) which was less than 5 mins away and then we got back and enjoyed what the house had to offer....a bunch of ladies enjoying each other company and then the Hot Tub was a plus. The next day we went and enjoyed Main Street and then Hondos (Rita's are the best here) and then get back from shopping and drinking and once again enjoy each other's company and the Hot Tub!!! Would stay here again!!!

Holiday stay

Unimpressed particularly for the "premium" holiday pricing. The pictures don't do justice to the updates and refreshing that is needed. It was suspect by the dirty rugs in the kitchen and entrance, so many paint "touch ups" where the whole place needs repainting. Bathrooms old/dated. Pots and pans cheap and useless, outdoor furniture poor and the backyard unkept. I think you get the picture better,
