Well for starters you will spend most of your time waiting on the elevator if you are not on the 1st floor. 2nd of all every night was like living in a furnace
the AC units are not adjustable from the inside of the units. We like to sleep in the cool. So, every night we slept with patio door open, ceiling fan on, and at times even the front door cracked. None of this sufficed of course. The pull out couch was horrible. The kids slept on it the first night, then my wife and I- we all left with excruciating back pain. It also had a smell that was unbearable. The photos of the property were not an actual reflection of the property. After hours check in was a joke. I personally spent 45 minutes on hold on the outside lobby phone, only to get my room code, this could of been emailed. Who wants to be on hold after a 5 hour drive with a restless family. Adjacent to the property, their was plenty of construction going on so there was no sleeping in. I wish that I could erase this vacation from my family's memories. Make worst fear is our back pain coupled with the drive back.
