Manager was a nice guy but refused to provide remedy for the following concerns shared:
1)Pool was filthy. Pool maintenance guy told us not to use it the day we were there. He stated it had high algae content. Manager claimed we could still use it while scraping stuff off the bottom. Very disappointing as having a pool was a key reason we rented this place.
2)We had to take a cold shower because manager did not tell us we had to turn on sink faucet to get water hot. All other faucets are slow getting hot.
The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Important to note that the walk to the beach is further than advertised. On the map it looks like you can get to the beach easily. You cannot walk across the main street to to the beach as access is private there.
This is an older place but the rooms are clean. In fairness, the manager was a nice guy. He gave us a couple chairs to use at the beach. I was quite surprised he was not willing to make some kind of concession for these serious concerns. In light of these concerns, we overpaid.
