Everything about this stay was perfect and made our 10-person family vacation a breeze! We stayed for 10 days, myself and my husband, our 2 small children, my parents, and both my brothers and their spouses and there was ample space for everyone. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was quick to answer when we asked for a high chair for our daughter. The pool is lovely and clean and warm. The location is an actual 5-minute drive from Hollywood beach. We would 100% come here again!

Hollywood - Miami

Unseren Urlaub in Miami haben wir sehr genossen. Auch mit der Sauberkeit und der Lage der Wohnung sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen. Eine direkte und persönliche Begrüßung sowie eine kurze Einweisung hat uns doch etwas gefehlt. Die Zugangsdaten ( Adresse mit mit Schlüssel-Code ) haben wir über e-Mail bekommen, war nur leider die falsche Adresse und auch der falsche Schlüssel-Code. Da der Schlüssel-Code und WLAN-Zugang wohl immer bei allen Unterkünften gleich aufgebaut ist, war das für uns aber auch kein Problem dieses abzuleiten und zu nutzen. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine schone Zeit in Miami...

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location

We were a group of 10 friends that just wanted a relaxing escape. The house is close to restaurants in Hollywood and a short 30 min drive to Miami Beach. I’d definitely recommend this listing.

Vacation Stay

The rental was very clean and overall a beautiful place to stay at. The major suggestion I found to be important is updating the pictures on vrbo. I understand after time, things needs updated or switched out due to damage, etc. However, the rental had everything we needed. The one shower in the master bedroom only has one sliding door and is missing the other door. In the picture, it shows both sliding shower doors. Also, there’s actually two bedrooms with 2 beds in the rooms. (Extra beds, we weren’t upset!) My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, great place

House exactly as described. Very roomy, clean. Great pool area. Plenty of TVs and large. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Location is a nice quiet neighborhood and only about a mile from many restaurants in town and also a mile to the beach. We used Uber/Lyft to get around which was quick and convenient. When back in Hollywood would definitely stay here again. Thanks Alex for your hospitality.

Good and bad

First, the positive: Alex was very easy to communicate with. He was accommodating of my request for 2 cribs and to check in early. The location is about 10 minutes to the beach and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home was nice and spacious with toothbrushes, toothpaste, and various other toiletries. Paper towels would’ve been helpful (there weren’t any) and access to a vacuum for future guests. The negatives: the home could’ve been cleaner. There was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine. There was a dried up dead lizard in the fridge. I cleaned it out and contacted Alex, he promptly came over but pretty much said that’s Florida and there are a lot of lizards..he wasn’t too concerned about it. Sure, I’m fully aware of that but they shouldn’t be in the fridge. That’s gross and unhygienic. And if they do find their way into the fridge, I’d expect it to be cleaned and sanitized. Isn’t that why there’s a cleaning fee? It had clearly been there for some time. The washer smelled like a sewer when I went to use it. That happens with front loaders (I know - I have one). You have to leave the door open to air it out after using it or it gets moldy and smells rank. I had to run the self clean cycle 3 times with bleach to be able to use it. That’s how nasty it smelled. I didn’t bother informing Alex of this because of his response about the lizard and because I already knew what had to be done to remedy the stink. Anyway..we had a great time despite the dead lizard and stinky washer.

This is the place to stay!

It's big, beautiful and had plenty of room for all of eight of us. Close to the beach and restaurants. Quick trip to the store or they deliver! We haven't vacationed as a family in years. This will be a wonderful memory for us, our kids and grandkids. Will definitely come again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Wonderful home! Fantastic features

We stayed for a week in this beautiful Florida Home. The pool was fantastic and very well maintained. It was spotless and they came to clean it during our stay. It was delightful to escape the sun in the breezy screened in tent next to the pool. The pool lounge chairs were brand new and very comfortable, as well. The inside of the home was immaculate and clearly recently remodeled. The dining table was large and the chairs were comfortable so it was great to sit around the table talking after dinner. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and lots of hangers with large closets and lots of storage. Most of the rooms had a TV. The couch in the living room was amazing. It was so comfortable and all the sections recline. The kitchen was easy to use and had all of the basics. Tea pot, coffee maker, can opener, microwave etc. I have never stayed at a rental home before but I loved this visit! I could have used a few more bowls and storage containers and a blender but we made it work. There were tons of cups, glasses, dishes and cutlery. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and he came within the hour to fix it! Super responsive and lovely to work with. We had a fantastic vacation and I loved the home. It is right near a lovely nature park, public golf course and a lake. There is a playground a few blocks away and it is a long walk to town but my 9 year old was able to make it there and back without an issue. There is a great Publix about a mile away. I highly recommend this property!!!!
