This was a fantastic place to stay! Directly on the broadwalk with views of the beach and pool below. The place was clean and there’s plenty of space along with a generous supply of beach chairs and bikes to use during our stay. Will definitely be back!

Great location!

This is a great location with a gorgeous view of the beach. The pool was a good way to meet the other guests. Well equipped with lots of amenities (beach chairs, bikes, etc.). The A/C is a bit loud in the main living area. We had a couple of issues with the entry lock which were resolved quickly by Fernando. We had a wonderful stay.

Wow, what a nice place

I wanna to thank Fernando. Everything was perfect. The condo was perfectly clean and exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect too, close to everything by foot. I loved my vacation and I recommend it to everyone without a doubt. It is five stars to me

Summer get away

This property was just as stated: clean and on the beach. Although we had some issues with non-paying people interluding at the pool, they were resolved, and we were able to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place in great location!

Wonderful stay in very nice condo. Great location and view. Unable to contact host to get checked in at late hour and had to stay at hotel first night. There was a slight discrepancy in amenities listed. He corrected it on website immediately. Other than that it was a great experience.

Excellent location!

Right on the beach! Clean. Appreciated having beach chairs provided. Easy to walk to restaurants. Recommend kayaking through mangroves (rent at 5 O'Clock Somewhere bar 5 short blocks away). Fridge compressor little loud. Location, location, location!

Great location and communication!

The location on the boardwalk is great! Having access to the pool was wonderful after long days at the beach. We did have an issue with a broken door knob. It became unattached from the inside late one evening and we were stuck in the condo. We reached out to Fernando, and within one hour he had the locksmith come and replace the door knob for us, so impressed with the quick service!

Very nice

Very nice condo. Location right on the Broadwalk/ Beach cannot be beat. We enjoyed 2 weeks and would stay longer. Could use a few more items in the kitchen(ie cookie sheet). No complaints. Will return.

My favorite spot to stay on the Broadwalk, safe, quiet and close to everything. Beach is literally right there!! Fernando had chairs, umbrellas, towels available for beach and baithing.. apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable! I hope to get to stay there again soon!! Thank you!!

Great geographic emplacement, Clean. Kitchen well equiped ,the bed's mattress is finished . The deadlock of the appt. door is so corroded tat i had to oil it with soap so it would work.The bathroom sink is clogged aod the towell support felt constantly. And , please clean under the bed also !!! Great location , missing of love in details .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only concern was the parking space was difficult to find and a bit of a walk to the condo. Everything inside was very nice, but it would have been even better with an icemaker. That was really the only thing I really missed.

Perfect little rental

This is perfectly simple, clean, easy to access with close by parking and literally steps to the sand. We were here for a quick four days and tried to get an extended stay because the location is perfect (it was already booked). The building was quiet and management quickly responsive. Would recommend for an easy stay.

This condo was wonderful. The location can't be beat. Great views of the beach/ocean and it is directly on the Broadwalk. You don't need a car--everything is within walking distance. If you would like to go into the town of Hollywood there is a shuttle called Ride Circuit ($2) Just download the app and you are in business. Everything was as described. The bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. This condo has 2 of my favorite things--a Keurig coffeemaker and a pedestal fan available for the bedroom. The sunrise view out of our living room window every morning was spectacular. I did not use the pool, but that area was very clean. The outside of the building was very well maintained and clean. The building is inside a tall locked gate. Would not hesitate to book this condo again. We had such a good time here. (A tip if you are looking for something fun--The Hollywood Florida Food Tour with Steve)

Vacation paradise

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful property and condo is completely renovated. Bed is very comfortable! Kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous. I love that the pool and boardwalk are just steps from the door and we are close to all the fun. The couch was not comfortable and it would be great if there were chair on the deck outside the door.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Condo is newly renovated and very clean, confortable bed and unbeatable location! View of the beach and pool from the front window. We really enjoyed that the pool and beach is a few steps away and the condo had all the amenities you need (fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler).will definitely go back!

Perfect Spot

This was our first time to Hollywood. This was the perfect place for our vacation. The condo was very clean & comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Even a couple beach chairs and a small cooler for us to use. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk in either direction. Locals were very friendly as well. Rented a car but only used it to get groceries and to/from the airport. Didn’t have any issues while we were there. I definitely recommend! The only thing I’d recommend to the owner is to put a rug at the entrance and provide a broom & dustpan for the sand.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was for ideal 2 people. The location to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants was perfect. You don’t need a car at all. We will definitely stay here again!
