On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed , new 55 inches tv and an attached bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with seating great for a picnic.
On the second floor it has family room/with 75 inches brand new Samsung UHD tv for the entertainment with a half bath. A balcony off the living area opens the space up to the outdoors. The large kitchen has Italian cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, seating for four at the bar counter. The formal dining area has a beautiful glass / steel dining table for six.
On the third floor you will find 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has Queen-size bed, a balcony, new 43 inches tv and a luxurious master bath with twin vanities and a shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, large window , new 43 inches tv and attached full bathroom with a tub. Separate laundry room has washer and dryer and is located on the same floor.

Please please No street parking or blocking street in any way. You will be towed by association. Private garage has room for two regular sized vehicles and at times there may be an open spot at front of complex entrance from AIA.
