Wicked Time

Our family stayed in this home when we visited to see Wicked at the Eccles Theater. The house was perfect for our family of 18. Everyone had their own bed and space. The kids loved how much room they had to play. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Large Parties Welcome

My family flew in from all over the US to celebrate our son’s wedding. There was beds for everyone and enough room for all 32 of us to be together. This is a very large house. It’s a little dated in furnishings and could use a deep clean beyond what the cleaners provide between guests but had the space we needed. Houses this large are hard to find.

Beautiful old home

This was a beautifully kept older home that our kids had a blast in! They loved playing hide and seek among other things. We had about 30 people and it worked out wonderfully. We were all there for very last minute funeral and we were so grateful that they could accommodate us so last minute. Just beware of the water pressure if you really have 30 people staying there... It can get pretty low. The space was wonderful and we would stay again if we were in the area again.

Great for family gatherings

We rented this house for a birthday party. We were able to have all of our family stay in one place to celebrate together and have the needed space for people to take a break from all the people this house can hold. With so many rooms and the smaller separate family room areas this house is a great balance for gatherings with children and adults! The property manager/owner is also super easy to communicate with and very understanding.

Great local stay !

We celebrated our wedding reception here . We loved the great room with its high ceilings, there are so many bedrooms and the kitchen was accommodating. Check in was a breeze , we lost a sentimental piece of jewelry and the owner was very kind and helped to try to locate it . That said , the carpet was dirty and the driveway was a lot smaller than we expected but these were fairly trivial. Great neighborhood, enjoyed our stay .

Delightful Work Retreat

This property was very spacious, clean, had enough bathrooms and hot water for everyone and provided a great time for our business retreat. Great neighborhood and close to both the airport, many activities and anything you would need. Will consider staying here again.

Great large house

The house was large and had 11 bedrooms. It was great for our family. The gathering areas were also large and met our family's need wonderfully. We were able to contact the owner with any concerns we had and they were very responsive.

This home is beautiful, big, well organized, conveniently located, well stocked and comfortable. The master suite was delightful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen upstairs, but there was also a kitchen downstairs. I could see a big family reunion loving this home.

Brooks Family Reunion

Impressed! As all the family showed up everyone was in awe as we gave them a tour and the options for what room to pick. We had 14 kids ranging from 1 to 13 years old, 15 adults and we never seemed to be overwhelmed with lack of space. Plenty of space to play multiple games blending distant relatives all able to be indoors. Meals were amazing due the fully stocked kitchen and the extra tables/chairs in the closet so we all were able sit at the same table. Outside area was great for grilling and corn hole tournaments. Neighborhood close to Lagoon, Boondocks and shopping. The great room was central to cozy nights catching up and ping pong matches. Truly built for a large group/family gathering. This being a centralized location for our family traveling from Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Colorado we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay at this location and begin the tradition of seeing all of our family under the same roof every year. We filled this home with laughter and love. Thank you. See you next year!

Perfect for family reunion

SLC was a good mid-point for everyone to meet up. Luckily we found this huge house and a decent price! We spent 3 nights and had almost 30 people during the meals. Some lived nearby and others stayed in hotels. Kitchen is stocked, (2 kitchens, 3 fridges), used outdoor grill for dinners. There are extra long folding tables and chairs to set up for more seating. There is a closet of games. We hired a local photographer and went to a park for family pictures. Such a great time!

Spacious with so many bedrooms and bathrooms

The great room, all the bedrooms, and all the bathrooms worked really well for us. The great room is where we spent most of the time, and there are extra tables and chairs stored just off the great room. It doesn't have a large number of dinnerware, but it has a good supply of cookware. There isn't a large lawn space, but it is enough for lawn games. There is quite a bit of off-street parking. The owners were very good about communicating. I would have no reservations about staying there again.
