Little Acorn

Big home! Gourmet kitchen, lots of rooms and space to spread out, comfy beds. Long dining room table for a family feast or a puzzle. Easy check-in/out. Host was great and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed the back decks. Home is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We loved our visit to Asheville and the surrounding areas.

Relaxing family stay

We stayed at Casa Colibri for a family holiday and enjoyed the cozy house together while still having space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, making family dinners very easy. The house is located about 20min from most of Asheville and Fairview had several spots great for drinks and food. Overall, our stay was stress free. Yonder was very responsive and easy to contact. We would stay again!

Accessible, beautiful, and perfect for multigenerational family.

The property was everything that is pictured and more. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has perfectly located windows to take in the treetops that surround. It’s also accessible with a. A master suite on the first floor, along with another full bath and bedroom on the same level.

Casa Calibri was convenient to Asheville, Hendersonville, and Black Mountain. The house was well supplied and clean. Plenty of information about the house and places of interest was available to make a pleasant stay. We needed a direction with a couple of things; management was prompt and maintenance was done quickly.

Great vaca house

The layout of this house was wonderful for our family with adult kids. Plenty of larger areas for us to congregate as well as private sleeping areas with individual bathrooms. Well-appointed kitchen and other amenities made it feel like home. The location was in between Asheville and Lake Lure...perfect for our planned activites in the area.

It was ok

Casa Calibri was beautiful with plenty of space and very well stocked. The home itself was very clean. However, the exterior of the home was a different matter. The yard was very overgrown when we arrived. My daughter was stung by a hornet within our first couple of hours at the house. The maintenance guy came out the next morning and killed the hornets and removed their nest. We couldn't use the firepit for the first three evenings. It was Tuesday before the yard was cut and even then, it wasn't anything like the listing photos. I wish I could attach my own photos to this review. The location of the home was ok. It wasn't as centrally located as I had hoped, but it worked out. Honestly, that was more my fault than anything. I should have paid closer attention to the mapping. To summarize, the house itself was very nice. The yard was a bust and you know what they say about location.

Bachelorette Weekend

This was a lovely home! Our group of 6 fit very comfortably in this rental property with plenty of room for each of us. We enjoyed the fire pit setup outside and had everything necessary from linens to cookware. The property conveniently located with short drives to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore and Chimney Rock being a few places we ventured to. The power did go out due to strong winds the last night/day on property and while it was out of maintenance's hands to resolve the issue, they were easy to reach and responsive to our inquiries. I would recommend this property!

Very Nice Place!

Family Christmas weekend getaway that included 8 adults and 2 dogs. Home was very nice and roomy and we loved the great room upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed! Check in process was super easy and communication with the rental agency was great. No issues at all!

Comfortable spacious & quiet

The home is very spacious and in great shape, with plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The beds, bedding and pillows are lush, super comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and its like you are alone in the beautiful woods or staying in a luxurious tree house. Its a short drive to Asheville or the Blue Ridge Parkway. We all loved the home and would definitely recommend!

Overall we liked the house and would stay there again. The accommodations suited our group of 6. It was almost like 3 separate living areas if you needed space to spread out. The main living area could use more seating. There is only seating for 5 (a couch and 2 chairs). The only issues we had was the oven in the kitchen would not work on the bake setting for our entire 3 night stay. Broil did work and there is an oven in the basement level but that was very inconvenient for the supper meals we planned on cooking there. The maintenance staff did order the parts needed for the oven but they could not get them while we stayed there.

Quality Family Time in Fairview

This was a perfect location for our family vacation. We had activities in Lake Lure, Brevard and Asheville. The house was central to all of these areas. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the hummingbirds off the back decks (yes, decks, there are 2!). We watched movies a couple nights on the big sectional in the loft after long days of hiking. The house had so many essentials. It was a great space for our family of 6. Thank you!

Would rent here again in a minute

Great rental. Our family included a 94 yr old, a 90 yr old, a 3 month old and a toddler. This house accommodated everyone beautifully. Good outdoor space, spacious kitchen, downstairs kitchen with extra refrig. was key. Usually places say they have good internet but don't. This house actually did. And there was a walk in closet that functioned as a second office that could be closed off. Finally, kudos to the owners for doing a really good house manual. Not only did it list the obvious, they included the games in the house and books! No house is perfect, but this was very close.
