    I had great communication with the host up until check in. The house was spotlessly clean, and nice and cozy warm and inviting. The veds are very comfortable, and the fireplace downstairs is a nice touch, especially in the morning to sit by and drink your coffee, which they provided. It was a great stay! Easy check in, and easy check out. 5 star recommendation!

    We stayed in Eugene to help our daughter get in her living space for the U of O. Communication with the owner was outstanding and immediate. House was tucked back away from the main streets. The house is large. Kitchen has all the amenities and the bedrooms are spacious. Furniture mmight be dated, but more than functional. Beds are Tempurpedic, so firm memory foam. Keep shoes off in house is understood because of all the carpet. Clean carpet. There are fans in each bed room that work great. The house was kept warm, but the nest thermostat worked fine to lower the temperature. Towels are thin, but work fine for 5 days. Washing and drying hold a lot of landry. Biggest bonus.... bidet in main bathroom. Could be a life changer. Just a great place especially for longer stays. Thanks!

    Wonderful home

    We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. The home was very clean, had plenty of room and space for a small family or a few couples. Communication was always prompt in responding. We did not utilize the outdoor space. We would return if we are ever in the area again. Beautiful home and on a quiet street.

    Perfect place for 3-6 people to stay comfortably while visiting a student at the University of Oregon. Clean, well-equipped, plenty of space, pleasant fire pit area outside.

    House was very spacious for our family, beds were comfortabel. AC did not work and could use more towels like wash clothes in the bathroom or dish towels in the kitchen.

    Great location. House was perfect for my needs. House was always hot-it never got below 78 degrees. They do not provide any washcloths so bring your own. The layout of the house was nice.

    Conveniently located. Worked well for our holiday stay. Comfortable beds & we enjoyed the fireplace. We stayed 9 nights… a few hiccups with supplies & thermostat.. but it was a minor frustration with an overall good stay.

    Lots of space, conveniently located!

    Very nice and spacious single family home in a conveniently located neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Home was in perfect condition, meticulously clean and well-maintained. No issues whatsoever. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just in case you don't like to climb stairs. Great place to stay.

    Home was not clean

    While we appreciated the floor plan and space the home provided the house itself was not clean. The very basics were not touched. There was debris on the bathroom counter tops, the carpet was not fully vacuumed, the rugs had debris etc. I do not appreciate coming into someone else’s filth.

    Nice home in a great location. Was great for a girls getaway. Well equipped with everything we needed. May not be as suitable for seniors because of all upstairs bedrooms and no bars on bathrooms. But if this is not an issue for you, you will love this place. you.thenyou

    Very nice! Exactly as described!

    3 college friends and myself stayed here for a night after a week long sojourn at Bandon Dunes. The place was exactly as described, in pristine shape, and close to all local Eugene amenities. Given the Ducks had a home game that night and most hotels were sold out, there was absolutely an A++ alternative. Thanks again to the host!

    We were in town to support our daughter as she competed in the Olympic Trials. This listing checked all the boxes for us: A/C, WiFi (remote workers), easy commute to Hayward Field, grocery store nearby, and lots of dining options close by. The host was great with communication. The check-in and check-out process was VERY smooth.
