Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, fully equipped. The sunsets were truly magical. The beach is just steps away and very peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely come back. Beach get away!

Michelle communicated with us proactively and frequently to ensure we had the information we needed to maximize our time in this beautiful home. The proximity to the beach is as advertised “50 steps” and the beach was picture perfect. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing get away. This is the place.

Wonderful

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peek a boo ocean views from every room, clean and spacious rooms, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The decor was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants. We especially loved relaxing on the deck in the evenings, listening to the waves and watching the sunset.The hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing, unforgettable getaway!

Amazing location

This property was perfect for my family and mom. The house has everything that you need. The hosts did a great job communicating with me before, during, and after. The location is 10/10. I have stayed in a bunch of beach houses, and this is the best beach access that we have ever had. 50 steps, and you are on the beach. There are no stairs to the beach, which makes it perfect to bring a wagon back and forth! We could leave everything under the steps at the house. It was lovely and easy to go back and forth, and I didn't have to worry about my kids doing it independently.

Great stay

You really can't beat the location of this rental. It is truly 50 steps from the beach and you are looking at the beach before you are on it. The house was very clean and they have really thought of everything that you might need. We felt very at home and we will absolutely be returning!

Wonderful location

The condo was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was plenty of space for my family of 6. There was beach toys for my Grandchildren ages 3 and 5 to play with and beach chairs for the adults. We would highly recommend this property.

Great getaway

Perfect accommodations for a quick family getaway (6 adults and we all slept very comfortable). We were down for a wedding and this allowed us to enjoy our own space and the beach. You are literally 50 steps to the beach and it is beautiful! They have towels, chairs, cooler for ventures to the sand and everything in the house is perfect appointed for anything you might need. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon.

Girls 60's club

This was a girls get away trip there were 5 of us, age range 60 to 70. All 5 of us gave this rental a 5 star in how clean the unit was and equipment in all areas including the kitchen. This unit was redone recently and it looks brand new on the inside. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is just wonderful it was very close to the unit just one house in front of the unit. Walked a short path and the beach is right there. We had a storm one night found lots of shells next day and sharks teeth. I found a tiger shark tooth that was larger than a quarter. We girls go to this beach ever year and we can say this was the cleanest place we ever stayed.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The check in was easy and we had no problem finding the property. The place was literally just a few steps from the beach, really nice and convenient with family with children. Michelle the owner answered supper fast and addressed any questions that I had. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Paradise!

Great location! Steps away from the most serene beach. Unit B was clean, and neat. The deck was wonderful to sit and listen to the waves. The beach is so peaceful, especially during the morning hours! The sunset was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay!

Beach is so close

We came to Manisota as an alternative to Sanibel. We like quiet and laid back and Manisota is that. The proximity to the beach, literally 50 steps as described, outdoor shower, beach chairs make it a great spot. Having 2 bathrooms and full size washer/dryer is a plus. Kitchen has all newer appliances and plenty of staples in the cabinets and fridge. Deck was a great bonus.

Excellent for a relaxing weekend!

This condo was at a perfect location. Looks to be newly renovated and everything seemed new, we really enjoyed the fact that it was super clean and fresh! The beach was just steps away from the condo. It was one of the most fun beaches we have been too and one of the most beautiful looking water I have seen in the US. My kids loved that there were tons of shells to collect and play with! There are close nearby restaurants, which were excellent! Grocery store is further away but we didn’t really need much. Great place over all and will be coming back to the area!

Beautiful home and beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, steps from the beach. The house was extremely clean, recently updated, and was fully stocked with all the things that make a stay comfortable. The rooms were peaceful and comfy. Great kitchen and family area with a nice big TV for movie nights. The outdoor shower is also great! The host Michelle had great communication with us. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a very nice beach. Highly recommend!
