We have staied 3 times befor and this last experience was not the same since the staff was very rude and the room totaly unconfurtanle.
Sad experience because we love to stay and recomend Hacienda Los Picachos.

Loft ‘Tamayo’ was beautiful. Street noise was loud at night due to transom window control being broken and unable to close.
Biggest disappointment and aggravation was that the Loft rooms are in a building separate from the hotel, a couple of blocks away, and this was not disclosed on any online descriptions. I chose Casa No Name specifically for its location adjacent to a house friends were renting, so this was an issue. Check-in that should have taken 5 minutes took over 30 due to waiting for a car to drive me and the receptionist (who was very nice but ineffective) to the property. I later found out that the lofts are only managed by Casa No Name and the building is currently for sale. Listed by The Agency San Miguel.
