It was good to have the reassurance of a parking place (although this is on a first come basis). Although they did not do breakfast, the hotel offered cereal and toast with plenty of tea and coffee in the room. We did struggle with the TV (which only seemed to get certain channels, although this might have been our lack of IT skills). We were on the top floor which may have been responsible for the lack of water pressure in the shower. However, overall good value for money.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Devonia. Our room was very clean, and well appointed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. Carolyn and her husband were very friendly. We would go back.

The Devonia hotel is a lovely clean hotel , well run by Carolyn Jane and her husband , breakfast was lovely , rooms are well equipped , literally over the road from the beach , quiet area , would probably benefit from using a car if not a great walker as it is a fair distance from the town centre if walking , good bus network though aswell

What a little gem, the accommodation was perfect on the sea front and a number of rooms with sea views. Carolyn & Terry were wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was amazing. We stayed 2 extra nights & although we changed rooms to a smaller room at the back it was still comfortable with excellent facilities. Would definitely stay again.
