Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and excellent cellular coverage. Unwind on the porch, kayak on the private pond, go for a nature walk, or use the super fast 2Gig internet. Ideal for couples, small families, remote workers, or a small gathering of close friends. This house sits on an 8.5-acre property which was purchased in June 2025 to be the future home of Precious Acres Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, a nonprofit 501c3 organization. Little has been in preparation for the rescue other than fundraising and yard preparations. Installation of a perimeter fence will begin in the Spring of 2026, followed by the construction of a kennel building. In the meantime, the house is being rented to help offset property expenses.
