1. Debra was very nice and responded quickly to all my questions.2. The condo was very clean and smelled lovely.3. The walk to the beach was literally 2-3minutes. The beach wasn't crowded at all due to having to have a code to enter the beach.4 The condo had beach chairs, towels, everything you need for the beach!5.The views of the bay area were so nice.6. You can see the ocean just a little bit from the master bedroom.7. There are people below you and beside of you so take that into account. You may see them but we never heard them though.8. There is not a swimming pool.9. The master's bed is almost on the floor so if you have trouble getting up or down from a sitting position, this may not be the place for you.9. We will definitely stay there again! We loved it!

This retreat is beautifully decorated with sea themed blues and greens. There is amazing attention to detail in every corner. The large balcony overlooking the bay is fantastic. We all took turns enjoying the hammock. Truly an enjoyable place to stay.

Excellent location for spending the week on the water

The condo is great, very clean, and well-apportioned. We brought our boat and the dock was super convenient. Our stay was very relaxing and we will consider this condo again. I just wish we could bring the dogs!

Beautiful condo on the water

The condo was in the perfect location for us as we were going back to Fort Walton daily. The unit was very clean and inviting and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, best nights sleep I had in a while. It is a very short walk to the beach but well worth it. Excellent communication from our host and I'm looking forward to our next trip back.

Great Beach Condo

This was our second time staying in this same exact condo. We keep coming back to it because of the great experience we have with it. Super clean, modern, and a great place to be. The condo is also very close to a gated beach access that contains area of Destin Beach that is never too crowded. The property manger is also super friendly and easy to deal with as well. Our whole family loves this condo and will continue coming back when visiting Destin!

Wonderful vacation

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. They had chairs and beach towels to use for the beach. It was really nice to have the dock to use right out front to tie our boat up to. You can set out on the patio and watch the fish jump, which is cool. From the front deck, you can see a little bit of the ocean. The beach is about a 5 min walk from the room and is not packed at all. Very nice area with a lot to do within 5-10 minutes from the condo.

Beautiful property!

We visited Destin because we have family in the area and will definitely be looking into this property again for future trips! We stayed with my parents and toddler and there was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful location and view - the first night we were there we were greeted by a dolphin swimming in the harbor that evening. Super quiet location! We really appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels so that we didn’t have to bring those things. The private beach access was also really nice. Highly recommend!

RELAXING!!!

The pictures do not do justice to this chic condo. We all said WOW walking in the door. The decorating was phenomenal, we all felt very relaxed and at home. I would definitely recommend this condo if you want a clean and relaxing vacation.

Awesome Overall Experience

This property was a legitimate 5 star. It was super clean, modern/updated, and was well taken care of. The proximity to the beach was also a plus, as it was a short walk to a non crowded beach in Destin with beautiful crystal clear water and soft sand. The property manger constantly stayed in contact with us as well, ensuring our stay was awesome. We will definitely be coming back here for our Destin vacations. If you choose this place, you will NOT be disappointed.
