Let me first start with how much love Sandpiper Cove and all the amenities offered at this place. The Sand Flea is a huge bonus and food was delicious. We hopped on the water taxi each night for dinner. We have stayed at many condos in Sandpiper but this isn't one we would book again. I will say that the location of the property is nice and we were able to get a parking spot every night. We love to be on the golf course and start each morning with a round. A few things as a heads up to future guests...The floor is very buckled, the sliding door is broken, the furniture on the patio is bad and will leave rust spots on clothing, the shower is updated and pretty but took the water forever to warm up and the water pressure is lacking. There was a dog urine stain on the master bed skirt. The master bed has a very very thick foam pad on it. We personally didn't care for it but others might. The carpet is very old and can only imagine what it's seen with being a pet friendly condo. One of the twin beds was very far off the frame and my daughter cut her leg on the metal frame. The AC lacks to keep up and there is almost none in the master! We still had a great vacation despite this not being our favorite condo.
