The backyard looks just like the photos and was very nice. However, we lost a day of use of the pool as it was ice cold when we arrived, after requesting and paying for advance heating. The wifi control was apparently out of order and not noticed until we asked the management team about this issue.In addition, the lights over the bar didn't work, and the dishwasher needed to be completely replaced. Both repairs took place during our stay. Also, the refrigerator was barely serviceable - the interior lights are broken, the cover on one drawer is completely missing, and the veneer on the freezer is gone, leaving glue marks.On the positive side, the washer/dryer worked fine, the firepit was perfect, and the grill worked as advertised.The management team was very responsive, but it was not relaxing to have service technicians coming and going every day.
