Great location for the Rockies ballpark and downtown area, just a quick walk across a bridge. Lots of places to eat, dogs everywhere and walking trails. The place is pretty basic but it works.

The noise from the AC unit maked with what sounds like a washing machine running at all hours made it impossible to sleep even with the ear plugs that you provided when i seen those earplugs i knew i was in terrible lol. But what made it worse was the most uncomfortable bed i ever slepted in. So sorry but i can only tell the truth. Thanks for your efforts.

We had a great stay at the Sonder Artesian. The property was in a great location, beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe. The price point was excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a decent place to stay, but don't require the amenities of a hotel.

The room was beautiful. The problem was that the Sonder check in process was very difficult. I had problems accessing my confirmation number because of Sonders computer systems.The keypad was old and hard to input. There were groups of people standing around the hotel’s front door drinking and their presence made checking in stressful—yes there was boom boxes and open alcohol on the sidewalk in front of the hotel entrance. So a beautiful room for a good price, but a challenging check in experience and I was not the only one who experienced challenges. I would definitely not recommend Sonder to a solo female traveler.

Room 203 need the electrical outlet in the bathroom repaired. The blow dryer worked in the room outlet but not the bathroom. Also, there were no wash cloths.

Decent stay

Our stay was great, but we has some of the same issues others have mentioned. The door code system is terrible. The code we were given didn't work a single time. Thankfully, we were able to download the mobile key, and that worked. It didn't work well because it struggled to locate the locks, but we made due. The room was fine, but it could have used some maintenence. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Overall, we'd stay again for the comfort and location.

Fantastic hotel from a price and physical structure standpoint. However, when I tried to extend my stay by one day, I was told (after five phone calls) that I could have the room for TRIPLE the cost of my original booking. This really soured my view of Sonder and how they do business.

We had a great stay at the Sonder Artesian. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants and coffee places nearby. The Golden Hour on the ground level was a perfect place to have a drink and relax.

This property was perfect for us, we were visiting our daughter who lives less than 2 miles away. Property was clean and quiet. Would stay here again, recommend.

Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft ohne Reception. Zugang zum Gebäude und zum Zimmer erfolgt über einen Zugangscode. Habe das Sonder App geladen, was sehr hilfreich war. Zugang hat bestens funktioniert. Das Zimmer 502 war im obersten Stockwerk. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Mit kleiner Küche und grossem Kühlschrank. Das Bett befindet sich auf der Gallerie und war sehr bequem. Alles wirkte recht neu. Auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken buchen. Sichere und ruhige Umgebung mit einigen Restaurants und Bars in nächster Umgebung. Villeicht im Sommer etwas lärmig, wenn sich das Leben draussen abspielt. Kurzer, schöner Fussmarsch nach Downtown.

Nice place, but not a hotel!

This was a wonderful space for our family, and we were impressed with the quick text responses to our questions! Unfortunately, the parking was quite difficult and we had to park (as well as did others) in a no parking zone, or Uber to our car. We were also surprised that we could not have an hour late check out (I had a conference call ending right as check out was required), and were told to sign up for the app to pay the late fee. We ended up just throwing stuff in suitcases and getting out on time. Not the ending to our wonderful stay that I had hoped for!

This was a great location in LoHi, close to lots of my favorite restaurants and a beautiful neighborhood; very walkable, easy parking, simple check-in and entry instructions. Quick support when needed! It was everything we needed.
