This place was GREAT !! Excellent location in Arvada. Safe and quiet area. Excellent location with shopping close by. This is a stand alone small home (on the back of the property of a main home), very quiet and very private on the edge of a park with paths and playgrounds, trees and creeks. The unit is either brand new or has just been completely remodeled. Everything in the unit is brand new, and it is well stocked with every pot, pan, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, etc. TVs, internet, new sofa, chairs, very comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. Large new washer/dryer. Everything works perfect and everything very clean. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle, but there is plenty of parking available on the street as well if needed. The host is a "Management Co", but they are extremely attentive and very responsive either through the VRBO app, telephone, or text. A, I would recommend to others, and we will be staying again. Thank you
