Shuttle bus picked me up at 1am promptly and flight landed and I called I was coming. I was tired and dropped my wallet in the shuttle and driver picked it up and returned it to me. Night auditor was great too. Jacuzzi and pool good temperature

Our experience was okay. We stayed twice in this hotel. First time on third floor it smelled like sewage and second time we stayed on 4th floor it smelled extremely bad like skunk. I couldn’t breath and about to throw up it the hallway. The elevator closest to the lobby wasn’t working properly during our second stay, so we had to use the elevator towards the end of the hotel. I waited 30 minutes for airport shuttle, only to be given a lame excuse. Called several times, and was told the shuttle might be late due to traffic. There was no traffic! Other hotels had much more frequent shuttle service. Seems like their shuttle service only comes to the airport to drop off people or when they are called.

Provide more than 2 bath towels when i booked a room with 4 guests. No bedding for pull out couch. Had to go down to lobby for bedding after arriving late at night to sleep for an early flight the next morning. Not happy with this stay.

We got last minute rooms. First the elevator wasn’t working we would get stuck and then sent to another level. I had to carry my suitcase and a 18 month old on top of having my kids walk up the 3 levels. It was so hot like a housekeeping closet. So only one person per step. Once to our room. We could not get into our room. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to request three. THREE. Different keys. We were about to cancel everything and leave. Until they gave us a different room on the first floor. Because the elevator was not working. We had that issue and on top of everything else. Once we went to the pool. Our key once again did not help to get us in. It was not our best experience
