We booked a 5:30 am shuttle to the airport, came down at 5:25 and waited. At 5:35,i enquired and was told that the shuttle left early and there was nothing the hotel could do except have me wait for the 6 am shuttle. I had to findy own way to the airport
Paid parking is the reason for a lower rating. Like so many things in this world - particularly around travel, hidden fees are obnoxious. This hotel - as nice as it is - charges for parking, so, their nightly "rate" is really higher when you factor parking in. Nice hotel otherwise. Clean, good layout, fantastic room. It was difficult to find the elevators, though! They're hidden and split up...
Only one elevator, made for longer wait times, and you have to pay for parking at the hotel!
There was little to no hot water for shower. Stayed in room 308.
Bed was pretty sad. Covers worse. heater squealed. Tub sides are slanted into bathroom so any water hitting walls ran onto floor and out by coffee maker into a nice size puddle. Price was good. Coffee at breakfast was some of the worst ive experienced.
Needs to be cleaned better, inside rooms and outside
I liked pool hours going till 10pm. Super close to lots of restaurants. Spacious room.
I waited for the airport shuttle for nearly 1 hour. I was not told that it was not a LaQuinta Shuttle...but rather an Embassy Suites Shuttle. I called three times before someone told me what shuttle to use. I stood outside waiting, and waiting...and I was exhausted. The one gentleman employee's comment was "Whoops, I should have told you that, sorry." I was not pleased with the lack of attention to detail. The breakfast selection is very mediocre.
What you would expect i guess- door handle of room fell off- shower was very hard to turn on and get hot water. Elevator was broken in morning. Check in staff was great in the evening
Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport! Overnight layover is reason for stay and since I’m a Wyndham rewards member I chose LQ. Not a great experience with getting here as I called the hotel after waiting a while in ground transportation without seeing a shuttle. Apparently they only pick up on one side and I wasn’t on it. Taxi was $41to travel 11 miles.
Room had not been properly cleaned. Pizza boxes were left in the closet, empty beer cans were left in the drawers, door handle fell off the door, no toiletries available and no linens available for sofa bed. Called reception to notify them and they did not have time to assist us as their was only 1 person working and could not leave desk unattended. Requested a different room and they could not provide one because they were booked.
Quick drive from Airport, heater in room broken, rude sanitation staff, very loud very early, Breakfast only until 8 AM. Ruff night sleep for travel.
We love the rugs! The shower could be updated. Great staff!
