I liked the continental breakfast and I liked that coffee was served around the clock. It was nice to have a cup of coffee on arrival. Also the free shuttle ride to the airport was nice. And the bed was comfortable and I loved the extra pillows. The check in staff was great too and checkout was easy.

Shuttle bus picked me up at 1am promptly and flight landed and I called I was coming. I was tired and dropped my wallet in the shuttle and driver picked it up and returned it to me. Night auditor was great too. Jacuzzi and pool good temperature

Check in was ok. Hotel overall is dated. Elevator door looked like it had graffiti written on the inside. Worst of all the hallway was very dark!! Some light fixtures had no bulbs and ones that did had 1 out of 3 bulbs working. I would think this would be a code violation! Worst hotel in the Tower Rd area near Denver Airport

We love to stay here when we travel to the Denver area on flights. The rooms are great and we always have a great experience with the hotel. The only complaint we have is the the shuttle service in the evening getting to the hotel. The first time we thought it was a glitch and my husband didn't want to stay there again but because of the 24hr service and availability I convinced him to do it and the same thing happened. We were told the shuttle would be there on the 15 and 45 and we waited over an hour for the shuttle both times. We decided to get a taxi but the base rate was $45 when we checked that so we ended up waiting. The staff assured us they were getting this addressed so I will give them another chance but 3rd time will tell how this pans out. Morning shuttles are perfect and on time.
