The beds were hard as a rock the tub was nasty and peeling it was all a bad experience the coffee and food was so nasty the front desk didn't ask when I got there if I wanted to pay with cash they just used my card without asking and we was there for a funeral and over charged my sister

The whole hallway on the 4th floor and my room smelled like old cigarette smoke. It prevented me from getting sleep. There were dead stink bugs all over too. I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and never had that problem but I’ve never stayed on the 4th floor either. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident. I can’t handle the smell though.

The toilet seat was dirty, there was hair all over the shower stall, which was also dirty. The shower head came off when I tried to adjust the pressure and the hot ran out inbthe middle of the shower.

The first room never got clean fully so they moved us rooms. In the second room, the whole floor smelled like marijuana. The shower ran all night. I clearly had plumbing issues because the water was coming out of the handle itself (not the shower head or bath spigot). There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn in the shower. The person in the room next to us spoken loudly (possibly on the phone) from midnight until just short of 4am. We will not be staying at this location ever again.
