Pros: Wonderful location and such a beautiful property! All rooms are so nice and so are the bathrooms and garage not to mention the simple check out instructions!! Cons: Could not get in contact with the host to save my life had to call customer support for the check in info four hours before check in. The giant active wasps nest by the door on the roof (Didn’t ruin the stay but definitely needs to be dealt with).

After 3 hours of sitting in the heat we were still unable to get in.The host would not answer phone when contacted by VRBO or myself. Therefore, we had to cancel our stay and were left stranded.

We stayed for 2 weeks while checking our last into SMU. The condo is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, Trader Joes, coffee shops etc. everything was clean and well layed out. They could improve the Condo by adding a few items like…bowls, coffee maker, kitchen towels, coffee cups that you can heat ( theres were tin) hot and very hard to hold. Frying pan bigger than 8 inches. We made due like using a saucepan for mixing a salad in! Haha it was different. A broom or little upright vacuum would be nice too! Would definitely rent again hopefully they will add a few more items.

At 6:00 on the day of our arrival we had to contact VRBO customer service as we did not have check in details and the host was not answering messages. Once we got in the condo is very nice EXCEPT one of the 2 showers did not have hot water - this had been in a previous review as well as the lack of communication from the host. The neighborhood is very walkable with several great restaurants so yes on Greenville but maybe a different condo.

In Dallas to visit family. The home is in a wonderful location, steps from the heart of Lower Greenville and 10 min drive to downtown Dallas. Private garage was a HUGH plus.

Location, location! This is the perfect spot for walking to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars! The unit is easy to access, up-to-date, and absolutely spotless. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Dallas.

Cutest little town!

Stayed outside of downtown Dallas. 13 minute drive to the convention center. Rooftop terrace is perfect! Great food!

Great Night Life

The place was better than it appeared in the pictures. Very modern/chic decor. Plenty of space and very close to all the exciting nightlife attractions. The rooftop was amazing as well, and kept a cool breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, well located

When we outgrew sleeping in the living room at the grandparents' house, we needed a place to crash not too far away. Bonus points if we could walk to a coffee shop while the teens overslept.This property fit the bill. There were multiple coffee shops, one for every day of the stay. Also as a bonus a Trader Joe's, lots of restaurants, and even a nice 2nd hand clothing store.Everything was new, clean, and easy.

Great house, great location

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the location couldn't have been better. Be sure to read the info about the stairs for the roof patio - my girls and I had no problems, but they are very steep as described! We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars and it was a short drive to downtown and the Arboretum.
