OWNER CANCELLED 2 HRS BEFORE CHECKIN

We arrived in Dallas at 2:00. Checkin was at 4. We asked if possible to check in early. We were told we had to meet there at 4. We asked again to get info only so we could go on to State Fair and come back to room later. THEY CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION. VRBO did get us a room for that night but we spent much of our time talking to VRBO and looking for a room the 2nd night. Neighborhood did not look very nice and whole situation felt odd so turned out better for us except the time we had to spend on our vacation weekend finding a place to stay.
