If I could rate higher I would. Sean and Melanie truly outdid themselves. We absolutely adored the house and location. Meeting and feeding the alpacas was an unforgettable adventure. Thank you for gifting us with a memory that will forever uplift us. We were deeply saddend to leave.

This home is perfect for when our family comes into town. Lots of room in the house, incredible fire pit out back for re-connecting and also the game room in the garage for the younger ones. Of course--- getting to see the Alpacas is always a highlight.

Exceeded expectations in every way! Pristine property inside and out. All the luxurious creature comforts were provided. Everyone at our family reunion from one year old to 78 year old were delighted to stay and play. We made all our meals there - plenty of space for our large family to cook and eat together. The game house and alpaca feedings were great memory makers. We have had family reunions all over the country and we all agreed this was the house that was the most comfortable. Owners quickly respond to VBRO texts and are genuinely devoted to giving guests the best possible stay.

This home is beautiful and large enough for an entire family. It is so well stocked there is nothing didn’t have the others communicate very quickly, and they are generous enough to teach about the alpacas and allow children or adults to feed the alpaca. That was the highlight of this day We wished we had more time to be at the place because there is so much to do with the game room and the beautiful fire pit covered patio with the most comfortable cushion chairs, but it was our weekend we were involved in wedding things most of the time I would highly recommend it to anyone Looking for a large house. I hope we can stay there again thanks.

Lovely home with a detached garage with all the 1980's glorious games - PacMan, pingpong, billards, foosball table.We scheduled a feeing with the pacas with our two year old grandson. It was absolutely wonderful.

This property was a gem! It exceeded our expectations. Our toddler loved seeing the alpacas daily, and having an opportunity to feed them was a bonus! Sean and Melanie are extremely friendly and go above and beyond if any issues arise. We would love to stay here again in the future!
Make sure you book a time to feed the alpacas in your own front yard!

Having recently stayed here to attend my nephew’s high school graduation, my niece was so enchanted with the property she asked to have her 14th birthday celebration here. With a few friends, they had a great time. They spent the majority of their time in the game room and the adults outside on the comfortable patio. Amenities include everything you might need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. And of course the alpacas are fabulous! We will definitely stay here again,

This was our second time staying at what we call “the alpaca house.” We had a wonderful time during both visits! The house was clean and had everything we needed, including some toddler toys, which we greatly appreciated! The location is nice—not too far out, but feels like you’re in the country with the secluded backyard. We also loved seeing the alpacas and getting to feed them!

Perfect

We usually stay with family when in Texas, but this year we decided to make a surprise visit for my dads 80th birthday.The Alpaca ranch was the perfect location, and proved to be very private and quite. Everything we needed for a long stay was provided and the home was very clean. The patio and game areas where invaluable for hosting additional family, with extra room, should anyone chose to spend the night. While we didn't get to feed the Alpacas, they where fun to watch and added to the feeling of being on a ranch. It was a fantastic trip and we will definitely make this our new place to stay when visiting in future. Thank you to Sean and Melanie for providing a great space and being very responsive to any questions we had!

Amazing property, plan time to enjoy it!

The property was just amazing! The home was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The exterior amenities, seating and game space are excellent. The game room is awesome as well. Loved going out to have coffee with the Alpaca's in the morning. We were in town for a family reunion close by and didn't spend enough time enjoying this property, we wished we had an extra couple of days to just enjoy it with our smaller group.

Clean, organized, supplied well, lots of space, activites to do on property, & comfortable neighborhood. Felt welcomed even before we met the host when they came by to tend the alpacas. When Sean was here he graciously greeted us and allowed our kids to feed the animals, even welcomed our guests who came to visit for the evening. We made memories here! 10/10 will be back!

High School Graduation

Alpaca Landing was perfect for our family. We visited to attend my nephew’s graduation from Byron Nelson High School. It was spacious, stylish and very comfortable. The covered patio was appreciated since it rained some of the time we were there. We enjoyed all the amenities in the game room too. And of course watching the alpacas was great fun and definitely relaxing.

A great place to stay!

The house and grounds exceeded our expectations and the owners were great in communication and so kind. While the house was located in a neighborhood, we felt out in the country. Next time I will plan a longer stay. Definitely arrange a time to feed the alpacas.

UNT Graduation Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Alpaca Landing. It was the perfect place to gather with extended family for the weekend and celebrate our child’s graduation from college. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect Stay - Hidden Gem

Our group was three families (6 adults and 2 toddlers) that came to DFW from around the country for a wedding. Sean's property was perfect! Everyone had lots of room. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We arranged for an Alpaca feeding with Sean which everyone enjoyed. We used the full size grill and patio, and everyone enjoyed the gameroom. For anyone coming to North Texas with a group for an event, this is an awesome place to stay with exceptional hosts. Thank you!!
