Nuevo propietario / recientemente decorado frente a la playa Penthouse Condo con solarium

Condominio de más de 4 habitaciones en el tercer piso del Edificio # 3 de Residencias Reef, donde tendrá excelentes vistas y una brisa suave. Nuestra unidad da a una de las mejores playas de Cozumel. Incluye su propio solarium privado con su propio jacuzzi incorporado para 8 personas y palapa con bar con fregadero.

Todos los condominios de Residencias Reef tienen aire acondicionado central, wifi de alta velocidad, servicio de mucama y acceso a una gran piscina de borde infinito de agua dulce, además de una segunda piscina y tanque de enjuague SCUBA. Muy cercano al muelle de buceo (a poca distancia).

Estamos ubicados a unas 9 millas al sur de la única ciudad de Cozumel, San Miguel, justo en la playa de San Francisco, la playa más hermosa de Cozumel.

A solo 5 minutos en bote de algunos de los mejores arrecifes, es perfecto para los amantes de la playa. También hay buen esnórquel junto a la playa. Y esa playa se extiende por millas y millas para que pueda correr o trotar durante el tiempo que desee.

Hay varios restaurantes de playa a poca distancia que están abiertos durante el día.

So fortunate to find this spot, a quiet place close drive to anything on the island but far enough away from the cruise ship crowds. Great pools, fun snorkeling right off the beach. The property is amazing well furnished and plenty of space for our group of nine. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time! The only thing we had trouble with was the hot tub only worked for 2 of the days we were there. It got kind of cooler and cloudy the last two when we really needed it but other than that fantastic property and would definitely stay there again. I do recommend a car though as it is far from restaurants except for the fabulous taco place right outside the gates!!

Huge place!

The size of the condo was huge. It was plenty space for 8 large adults. The house cleaner was wonderful. The owner was very responsive.The one “5th” bedroom went unused. It was on the top floor and had two very small twin beds. The stovetop does need to be replaced, it shorted out many times. All said, we’d go back!

Paradise!

Beautiful spacious modern unit with five bedrooms, plenty of wonderful outdoor space to include a large table, intimate seating areas and a rooftop jacuzzi. Internet was excellent once our wonderful host Mitch told us how to reset the system.Perfect unit for our spectacular family vacation! Highly recommend the services of private Chef Anthony if you’re not in the mood for cooking or going into town. We had family photos that came out absolutely stunning from Adventure Photos.

Great Property & Condo in Paradise

This is a fantastic unit at Residencias Reef! We stayed for 10 days with two families of five for spring break. Mitch is a wonderful host with great communication. The unit is clean and well stocked. We made Easter dinner and enjoyed the views. Jacuzzi is lovely. We have stayed at Residencias Reef in the past and this particular condo is excellent. Love the new furnishings. Enjoyed the sunsets every night. And the taco stand within walking distance is a hidden gem with the best sopes in the universe! Hope to be back soon.

Great location close to beach

The property is impressive and modern. Everything functioned and we never had to call for maintenance. The furnishing are high end with well-appointed bedrooms. We especially liked the drinking water system, huge outdoor patio, roof lounge area and the excellent maid service. I'm not sure we have ever stayed at a nicer property in Cozumel. We plan to go back again.
