Beautiful hotel, staff was very friendly. Lacked washcloths which were not provided nor available. Very small elevator and slow when many people trying to use it. No people to help with luggage. Air conditioning not cool enough. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Unfortunately, for the above reasons we would not stay again.
