Group of teens for 4 nights

Our group consisted of 7 teenagers and 2 adult chaperones. The size and arrangement of the condo was perfect for our needs. The walk to the beach was a little farther than thought but not bad. Since parking is allowed on the beach, we loaded all the gear into the car and the kids walked. We noticed previous reviews noting cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found the place clean although a bit dated. There were some kitchen and bathroom maintenance issues and management was notified via text. Our texts were acknowledged but nothing was fixed during stay. It would be nice for them to get in and address some of these issues. The place does not have laundry soap and has minimal dishwasher cleaning pods but check out requests to start the dishwasher and laundry. With 9 people, we used up available dish ware with each meal and running a dishwasher is almost a necessity. The description includes a living room and bedroom sofa bed but no sheets or blankets are available for use. The living room sofa bed is not a pull out but comes with two raised cushions which make the sofa flat and big enough for sleep. Would definitely stay again but knowing what I needed to bring would have made it more comfortable.

Nice property.

First time staying at a commercial property short term rental so the personality and extras that come with a privately owned property weren’t there. That being said the property was clean and in a great location for us. The pool was nice, not heated though and no hot tub. The property did have a musty smell and all the door knobs to the patios need replaced. Also, there was no laundry or dish washing detergent so we had to pick some up. Surprising because one of the check out details is to start the dishwasher. The host company was very responsive though and was right on top of a mechanical issue we had. For the price and location we would stay here again.

Not the best

There was many things wrong when we arrived. Hair in 2 beds and on a vanity. Toilet paper in a toilet. Shower curtains fell down a lot. The main patio to the pool had kids arm floats, pool noodle, cans and garbage. In addition to all doors going into balconies where a struggle to get open. The kitchen sink leaked whole time I Had put in message but no response.

Great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was fantastic! The views of the pool from the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies was nice too. We loved that every room had their own bathroom + the 1/2 bath on the main floor. There was plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Plenty of towels provided & We also loved the artwork on the walls.

Great place for families with pet

Nice and roomy. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen provided equipment for special dietary needs. Our small pooch was very comfortable. We appreciated the pet bowls and extra pool towels.

Pros: The beds upstairs were big and comfortable, garage for parking, right next to the pool, plenty of towels, washer/dryer in unit, close to the beach and nice community. Cons: Cookware/dishes/silverware were not clean, all the balcony and patio doors were hard to lock/unlock and open, we couldn’t get the balcony door in the living room to open at all during our stay. Accessing the garage was not convenient, would be nice to have a code to open the garage door. Would have been nice to have some board games available. Silverware was limited, would be nice to have a full set. Response from management team via text was slow but they do respond.

Great Option

Very spacious ..had everything we needed and close to everywhere we wanted to go! Rooms/ restrooms were clean and perfect for our large family, which included teens, preteens and smaller kids. Definitely recommend for a large family vacation home! (7 people in ours)

Nice clean house. Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors

House was really nice and clean. Loved the amenities it offered. The a/c wasn’t making it to the downstairs bedroom and we couldn’t open the door to the third floor balcony. Only real negative was inconsiderate neighbors. Those with kids were in the pool really early and others were partying loudly outside well past midnight. People kept parking in the alley, which made it very difficult to get in and out of our garage.

Great location and floor plan

The house is well decorated for a beach holiday, very durable and easy. Nice location near beach and nice neighbors. Be sure to plan for small stuff that are usually included. There are no coffee filters or salt and pepper for example, nor any extra blankets. There are plenty of towels which is nice! The property management company is responsive but it wasn't clear how they actually take action. We reported a few repairs that are needed however never got a response or acknowledgement.

Location was the BEST. Close to H‑E‑B, gas stations and beach

We were happy with this place could have been cleaner. There was hair behind the bathroom toilet (2nd floor) on the patio side. And underneath the kitchen sink had mold and the plywood was all yuk! With a silver bowl. Not sure why it hasn’t been addressed. the carbon monoxide alarms kept beeping!! We had to unplug both of them they were going off at all times of the hour! Pool was the BEST! Very quiet and peaceful area. I would def go again but I would stay at another suite. That mold underneath grossed me out!

Just an "OK" stay in Corpus.

Overall this property was OK, with several caveats. First I'll go into the positives. The location was great as was the overall communications with the property manager. Also overall the place was decently clean. Finally, the pool was a definite plus! The negatives were lots of small things that this property manager should address, see list below -Broken garbage disposal, been broken for a while and they know about it, hence the bowl of disgusting filth water under the kitchen sink. -Upon arrival 2 of 3 exterior doors, which overlooked the patio's would not open. -Upon arrival, the smoke detectors in the house were chirping -Although we booked a week-long stay the previous renter must have filled up the outside garbage can, and we had to ask the property manager to assist as we had no place for our trash. Also, we had to ask for more items such as trash bags. -Multiple trash items, such as used Capri Sun containers were left under the couch. "Found by our dog of course..lol" -Shower curtain in master was torn.
