To be honest, I’m really surprised at the ratings. This note had pretty good ratings, and so I booked due to that. This hotel does not live up to those ratings!!!!! It was gross. The bed sheets has stains on them, the shower was coming apart, the air conditioner didn’t work, the carpet was sticky, the front desk clerk for the evening shift had shady people coming in to visit with her. I swear there were prostitutes working the parking lot. Druggies all around the premises. I’m so disappointed, and will never book at this hotel again. We’ve stayed at the Quality Inn near Manitou Springs and it was soooooo much better. This hotel needs upper management to get in there and check things out!

Everything you need for the price. Basic breakfast, pool, jacuzzi and laundry room.The room had a small microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. If you focus is outside and just want to have a good affordable place to sleep, this is the place. I would definitely recommend.

I was disappointed they didn't have an elevator. I am disabled and need to be on 1st floor since I use a cane. They put me on 2nd floor. I had to walk quite a ways from the stairs to my room. Their breakfast wasn't very satisfying. I was hoping for just a donut or sweet roll, but there weren't any.

Check in was a breeze. Brenda at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Complimentary breakfast was included, the food was pretty decent!

Hotel did not have an elevator to take our luggage up to our room, had to take the stairs. The room was more like a Motel-6 which was disappointing. This will probably be our last stay at a Quality Inn.

The hotel is clean, and we like the pool and hot tub. The first room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and we were given another room. We only book non-smoking. My family has stayed at this Quality Inn twice, and both times we have been informed about a damage deposit upon check-in rather than through Expedia. Due to this, we will not book with them again. I don't like hidden fees, charges, or deposits.

When we went to check in they let us know they were out of cribs, which was frustrating because my toddler is so difficult to sleep with and doesn’t fall asleep easily not in one. We ended up asking to pay the fee for a roll away bed, and the lady at the front desk let us know that they no longer do that. Even though that was advertised on the webpage the night before when I booked the hotel. If there is an elevator on site it was impossible for us to find it, so we had to hike everything up the stairs. Also, there are very limited parking spaces. Us, including others were parked in a random dirt lot. It was inconvenient and didn’t feel as safe. The room had a musty smell but overall looked very clean, as well as the bathroom. The continental breakfast was also great. So there were definitely pros and cons, but it was a good amount cheaper than most other hotels nearby.
