Property was great, very clean small basic room. Great staff room service and breakfast. I was up late several nights because of a weird clicking/knocking noise in the room. We were on the top floor so not sure what it could have been, it sounded like it came from in the walls or something. You could also hear the neighboring rooms bathroom activities, so walls are thin. But for what you pay for and what you get it was great.

HORRIBLE

Rose never said hello, never made eye contact, no pleasantries, just very cold. I was tired and had just driven 14 hours with my 7 year old and his service dog. She questioned what his dog could do, I told her and even offered to present his ID and paperwork but she ignored me. She then proceeded to try to charge me a fee for the dog. I noticed the room wouldn't cool off and it was 82 degrees in the room. I called the front desk and Rose condescendingly asked if I had turned the thermostat down, of course I'd tried. It was blowing hot air. Someone came up and attempted to fix it for a couple of hours, then resulted in giving me a BOX FAN for the night and said the maintenance tech would be here in the a.m. That was an insane "solution" but again, I was VERY tired and needed to rest before the funeral in the a.m. I stopped by the front desk to make sure the room would be worked on while away. Josh (very nice by the way), informed me that it was going to be a problem because that room was marked out of order and was taken from out of order status and given to me. He asked if he could move me to a room on the 4th floor with only one bed and no bath. That wouldn't work for me. We need a bath, cannot stand in the shower. We suffered in a HOT room for 3 nights. I should have been immediately informed before my arrival that the room I needed was not available and that I could NOT be accommodated. Instead, my money was kept and I was knowingly given a room that was out of order.

My new go to hotel; staff is amazing and will go out of their way to accommodate requests. In my case, I had a flight that arrived at 12:30 am and though their shuttle person clocks out at 12:00, the desk person Monica actually took it upon herself to make the trip and pick me up. On another occasion, a similar thing happened in an early morning shuttle- very understanding. But that's not all. Next to cleanliness, my primary factor in determining a good hotel is QUIET!. I usually don't sleep well in a new place the first night, and if noise is there, forget it. The designers of this hotel get it on this; this is not some chincy particle board and sheetrock thin walled Microtel or something. It is quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and lots of options. We liked the convenience of parking and location was close to the airport. We would drive to town for 15-20 mins.

Great hotel in overall. We got great breakfast and they offered social events where you can meet with new friends w free cheeseburger, potato salad, beer and chocolate brownies.they also have hot jacuzzi outdoor. My husband and I enjoyed it. Only problem is the bedroom mattress is uncomfortable and the frame has cracking sound every time you turn, I am on second floor and I heard foot steps upstairs around 12:30-1,2 am, walking around and it was so annoyed and disturbed my sleep even I requested my room in quiet zone and they accommodated me with the last room on 2nd floor. I knew it was the structure how they built the hotel but I couldn’t sleep through the night.

I loved the property but with the exception of the personal touch of the front desk. Even though they seem professional there was an invisible wall of I’m doing my job and that’s it. I want to feel welcomed, lol! Still, great job guys!! I will be back!
