Property was incredible. The location was excellent relative to Colorado Springs. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. There was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard setting is extremely peaceful as it is buffered by some of the larger trees in the area. Access to the golf club was perfect.We will definitely return.

Fantastic House, Yard, and Neighborhood

Our extended family stayed and we really enjoyed the gathering rooms, yard, neighborhood for walks, and extra bedrooms on the main floor made it easy for grandparents. The many kitchen appliances and extensive and thoughtful supplies made the stay most comfortable.

Family vacation in Colorado

My family of 12 could not have been happier with our choice of this beautiful Monument home. The home is exactly as pictured in the reviews. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool area was awesome And received plenty of use. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had many upscale touches. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen. They had everything. Diego was very attentive to every detail and a pleasure to work with. Response time was immediate. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a Colorado vacation. It is a very short drive to Colorado Springs and all other highlights. Thank you very much Diego!

Fantastic Resort Style Property

Our family of 8 adults and 7 children (1yr to 11yr) stayed in this fabulous resort and had an incredible time. The pool is large, clean and goes from easy entry to 7 feet. The hot tub is large enough for 4 adults and clean, in fact a pool maintenance man came mid-week, The property is as described and the owner was very responsive to our communications. The movie room is fantastic and includes Comcast and several premium services. There is a DVD player and large collection of movies and there is a PS5 with one controller. The professional style popcorn maker added to the enjoyment. The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms easily accommodated us as 5 of the children shared the bunk room. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with a french press, a regular drip brew machine that also features a 1 cup maker and a Nespresso. Included are many coffee pods. The pantry has many spices and there is more than adequate mugs, plates and silverware. The bathrooms are stocked with bath gel and shampoos and also have hair blowers. You could easily show up with just your clothes and basic toiletries. They also supply razors and toothbrushes in the bathrooms. The location is convenient to airports and many sigthseeing activities like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and the Cheyenne Mountain zoo. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it 11. If you are looking for a carefree, wonderful place to stay, this should be your choice!

Equipped for fun!

There are numerous things available for everyone to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and the pool was large. The family enjoyed the theater room for soccer, movies and fireworks We encountered a few issues, but the homeowner responded quickly and addressed each one. The kitchen has double ovens and two microwaves, which was really helpful. The kitchen lacked a few smaller basic items, which is probably common with various people using the space. The view and area were beautiful, but a distance from the activities that we did. We could not have been more pleased with the owner’s helpfulness!

Wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful clean home, quiet location but close enough to all major attractions. Stayed here with 10 adults and 5 children for 4 nights. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed for cooking family meals. Movie room was huge hit with kiddos and adults! Rooms exactly as shown on website. Comfortable beds and 6 bathrooms a huge plus with our large group. Communication was excellent with our property manager Vivian. Only couple minor issues but were dealt with immediately. Would highly reccommend this property. Owners also responded quickly with our questions before our stay!

Perfect Birthday Celebration Weekend

We rented this beautiful house to celebrate our 40th birthdays with four other couples. The house had everything you could imagine and more! Hot tub, movie theater, workout room, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, pool table, and beautiful views. The house was immaculate and the house manager was responsive and met us as we checked in. Would recommend this house and these hosts to anyone!

Lovely home. Well appointed. Something to do for all ages: 4 thru 80. Two minor problems: 1) Second dishwasher needs repair; the door will not close. 2) The putting green surface is well past its prime and is not functional; needs to be replaced.

Airforce Academy Graduation

We loved the home and everything was awesome!! It was easy to check in and out. We had a couple small issues and the owner helped out immediately. It was really a beautiful home with lots of amenities.

Family reunion

Our family had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect for a large group. The pool and hot tub definitely was the highlight for all ages! Communication with the property manager was excellent. Plenty of parking space which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this property for large family gatherings!

Amazing Place

This was a great place for a family gathering. We had enough space for the 15 of us which included 9 adults and 6 kids ages 4-12. The kids were always busy doing something. The billiard table was used constantly. The pool was an amazing size. You don't realize how big it is until you see it. The property manager gave us a tour which was super helpful with directions how to run everything. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night with the fire pit going. There were speakers throughout the house and we had music going whenever we were there. A very relaxing place to stay and we'd recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful Memories

Our three generational family of 16 loved staying at this property. The pool and spa were an added benefit. The property and country side are beautiful and Diego is an excellent, responsive host. It is a short drive to the quaint town of Monument, CO and is located about half an hour drive from Colorado Springs and its many interesting activities. I highly recommend this property. Our family will treasure the memories we made here for years to come.

Magical Monument Getaway

I want to personally thank both the owners and management crew through this review. My family and I were hosted for a long 2 month stay, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The home presents extremely well, open plan with lots of windows and natural sunlight. The background views from everywhere in the home were nothing short of breathtaking. Living like Lifestyles of the rich and famous!

This was an amazing property with a ton of amenities. (although the master bathroom has a bidet basin, just didn't have the nerve to give it a wirl) The heated pool was amazing even for late September in Colorado. The fire places and outdoor fire features were a romantic touch. We certainly felt like we were living the lifestyles of the rich and famous while watching movies in the theater room. We rented the property for a small gathering of friends and family for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We were very nervous that the property changed owners after booking it and after invitations had already gone out, However Diego was very responsive and reassuring as was the property manager who checked us in and showed us around, Vanessa showed us how to work the many amenities. We would have stayed longer had we been able to.

Great stay!!

My family and friends stayed at this luxurious five-star home away from home during my daughter’s August 2022 wedding at the lovely Flying Horse Ranch. The location is close to a lot of attractions in Colorado Springs (ie. Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, etc.) and only an hour from Denver. My group of ten plus a 6-month-old baby immensely enjoyed the upscale, elegantly decorated accommodations of which some of the highlights were the movie theatre room, outdoor pool and spa, gym area, game room with pool/ping pong table plus beautiful bedrooms and deck areas. The exceptional point about this rental thought was the attentiveness of the owners Diego and Lisa. Their timely responses to request, concerns, and mishaps made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this well appointed home to future vacationers who want a touch of elegance and class during their stay.
