Beautiful coastal property, clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out. Really enjoyed the outdoor space…..within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants.

Nice Large bedrooms . Comfortable beds . Ceiling fans great to have , laundry facilities great to have . Kitchen had everything we needed , pans , bowls, plates , drinkware . I hope the 2 bicycles didn't get stolen , because we couldnt find them in the shed. Ants in kitchen sink area and that counter made that side of counters unusable . Once i did receive the correct door key code it worked well .

Amazing house!

Dan’s house was perfect for our group of friends/family! Pictures really do not do it justice! The bedrooms downstairs are very spacious and Dan’s responsiveness was very much appreciated! Will be staying again in the future!

Great place for our family!

We had family visiting from overseas, and other family from out of state who came to see them. This house was a great place for us to stay! We had plenty of room, the location near the beach is wonderful, and the neighborhood is quiet. We appreciated having a door at the bottom of the stairway to keep toddlers from the stairs. The yard is very nice also! The house is walking distance to plenty of restaurants as well, and only a short drive to the grocery store.

Super cute house! The house was large, well decorated and very clean. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended! Just a few minutes walk to the Colonial Beach Pier and restaurants.

A great place walkable to so much

My wife, daughter, and a few friends rented this house for a Labor Day weekend beach getaway and had a great time. The house is much larger inside than it appears outside and had plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and the internet is fast. We especially liked having a grill, being able to sit out on the deck in the evenings, and having off-street parking for four cars. Dan as host was very communicative and accommodating with a late check out.

Family get away

Great, freshly renovated house, beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for everyone. We explored the Colonial Beach area and also went to Washington DC. for a few days. We truly enjoyed our stay.
