Great boutique hotel in Tomar. Parking was easy once we knew where it was. We had a rental car that was a little large for the narrow cobbled streets but thankfully the parking was well marked and easily accessed. Great honour bar facility and wonderful breakfast. Recommend this location.

The room was clean and location is good. Giving it a low grade because of what I felt was misleading listing details. Firstly, it appears bigger than it is. The room I booked looked like it had a balcony and a view, both of which it did not have. Secondly, it clearly mentions parking is available and how unique it is to find a place with parking. However upon arrival I didn’t find any parking available. I reached out to the staff and a man who seemed quite clueless said there was no parking. He then said he will get back to me in 5 mins with parking details. I never heard back from that person. I eventually found parking on my own but did not appreciate being mislead. If you book and have a car, do not expect any parking. Free or otherwise.

Free parking is located 5 min walk away at a Convent or Convention centre (?) - it was super convenient. This was suggested to us by the Host - thank you! Location was great! Property was hard to find (restaurant with umbrellas in front of door) so a detailed map before arriving would be helpful. We had no issues, but it should be noted on the website for potential guests that parking may only be available 50 m away, the room is upstairs and there is no elevator. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Owners/staff were extremely responsive and helpful and checked in to see if all was well with the room. Location is wonderful.

I’ve seen many reviews where it is hard to find and it is, only because the cafes hide the entry and the name is not prominent when driving by. However, if you see the RIVER SUITES building, it is right next door. Checkin was easy, using a lockbox to get the keys. The room is very nice and clean and the bed comfortable with a coffee maker in the room.

Old world in central coimbra near restaurants

Beautiful old world apartment central to everything. Hotel was clean and modern and instructions were easy. Finding location at first was challenging as there is no car pull in or front desk. However once we arrived it was easy. The bed was a bit firm and walls very thin so heard the people above us. Gentleman who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Worth the money and very safe.

Convenient, clean, friendly staffs, great communication, Daniel and staffs were awesome. Parking, yes, parking, corner next to the Bridge and Joao is 530 euros per night ( municipal parking) Restaurants are just below, now if you are using the water is makes noises and I recommend that taking a showers or anything do it before everyone is asleep. No refrigerator, so if you have left over to bring after dinner. No chance.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I never saw any of the staff. Letting myself in was strange but it worked. I missed having someone to ask questions. It was quiet. There were some cafes right next to us. The main bridge into old city was blocked for a bike and running competition.
